No rollers, only pens or derminators. Rollers can really rag up your skin on scalp, especially with 2,5mm... I wouldn't feel comfortable rolling needles on scalp, I would rather stamp with a pen or nator the needles through the skin.

I wouldn't unless a partner asked me to reduce them. You know that you are captured like @bridgeburn when you admit that you like them but only a reduction and never full removal. FtM's often get full removal because they also need nipple reductions or nipple removals and I am glad for them but to me, it looks horrible when they do that. We are at very low risk of breast cancer so that's not much of a worry.
