Halfway through but he says use of bica is not sustainable for men and mentions destroying liver and bones. This guy has perfect hair on his own, I bet, not that that matters but Asians struggle less with hair loss in general.
he got reaped by the norwood reaper anyways. lol

Excellent video but it differs little than prevailing opinion on this thread, I believe. That gal with the amazing restoration whom he keeps forgetting to not call a guy (happens to me too as you are focusing on the physical state and not the mental state) is the same one featured by Rob Winter. Until @bridgeburn and hopefully me and some others, we simply didn't have a great deal of sustained pictorial evidence. The transitions sites usually only show one before and one after and people posting there tend to be those who get superior results.

Multiple hairtransplants. Also finasteride iirc.
Great hairline then. He must have had very high fringe. For those guys, even back to the 80's, results from transplants could be incredible except for the hairline which usually had to be worn in bangs but that's what boys do anyway and some young men as well, in terms of wearing bangs. Bangs are the ultimate test for HRT recoveries because the part adds an illusion of density often.

Yes, so why not use estrogen instead, as it is safer with fewer sides. I don't get the point of avoiding E2 to use AA meds that have a short history of human use and primarily for cancer patients who can't worry that much about the liver as they are dying.
Are you suggesting you drink huge doses of Estradiol to lower your T to female level and completely feminize? Or drink small doses to continue to go bald from T residues?

I mean, MtF's tend to be highly risk averse since we can take these meds from 15 to 95 years of age. You need to look and see if we are simply over-cautious but people after orchiectomy need a dominant sex hormone. What you are doing or planning to do amounts to chemical castration unless you keep your T levels at least middling but when I did that, hair growth was less than substantial.
You do not have information if you equate Bicalutamide with castration and think that it will cause osteoporosis

@bridgeburn had encyclopedia knowledge of this field and he was using copious E2 plus large amounts of CPA, spironolactone and bica, alternating them without any seeming difference but he never tried not using estradiol so if someone wants to use protocols that are guaranteed to work for someone, look towards him and Gergely and Junely and a couple of others who post pics.
I think the Bica 50mg + finasteride / Duta + 2mg Estradiol protocol is guaranteed to grow hair. But if there is such an opportunity, it is better not to touch estrogens. I'll only think about estrogens if 75mg of Bica + Duta doesn't help me. But I hope that the current treatment will help me.

You might want to consult transfeminine sciences. Yeah, don't base anything on what I say since I am a lawyer not a doctor. Go to the trans HRT sites on reddit and ask there and you will likely get lots of responses.

– I am aggressively balding and really want my hair
– Take Bicalutamide
– Will my libido decrease?
– Dude you said you want your hair
– Only "male" procedures!

I will never understand these people. The Russian balding community consists entirely of such people, on this forum the situation is better
First, people whine that they do not want to become bald, and then they scream that they cannot afford a decrease in libido. Cowardly fools will go bald and I don't feel sorry for them

Yeah what I have been reading from users is that it won't cause osteoporosis.
They even ask if "bicalutamide monotherapy is such a thing"!? Because of the fact that you won't get the disered result, as a MtF.

Not. He believes that Bicalutamide monotherapy will make you feel bad. Dr Powers seems to be as smart a scientist as Dr. Rassman. Who thinks Finasteride works best for young people
Please watch the video I sent before by Hairliciously. XD

Idk why people compare Bicalutamide to castration, while it even raises Androgen levels and lutenizing hormone lol.

Bicalutamide is even superior to castration when it depends on the PSA level etc.
