Interesting. I don't think think I can either but many like @bridgeburn state that they maintain length and overall function although maybe not the same rigidity. It could be that bottoms lack the psychological mind-set to keep things working but when your libido essentially goes to zero as it can for many on HRT, there's not much you can do except push through to the point where E2 becomes the libido hormone but it still won't make things work down there. I haven't tried v**** but I experience clitoral orgasms that amount to about three inches (or 7.5 cm for everyone outside of Burma, Liberia and the United States.) So I guess penetration continues to be a possibility for anyone who doesn't get SRS although v**** would be necessary after an orchiectomy.

I continue to see more and more of a clitoral hood aspect as my foreskin/hood is growing back with my hair. E2 is sensational for wound healing even after many years. Microneedling down there might help with scarring and inducing regrowth. People always claim that the penis will shrink to nothing which is not true as pulled length is usually only about one inch less but the area can look female in terms of prepuce (where the word pussy comes from) and have a distinct mons with scrotal tissue resembling labia majora or basically in the middle, looking intersex or even more female than male and this is without SRS. I think that's why many are foregoing SRS now but they also have non-binary SRS which is a trip and a half in terms of being a chimera. I often revise posts so this is mostly feedback for the guys on the fence about whether HRT is for them. It's not boring. That's guaranteed!

Oh, yeah. So do you have any theories as to why ED meds might not work for you? I know it can be painful for some to try to use them.

But I was just saying in general, thanks for your insight posts. You are a thoughtful person in both senses of the word and I follow you and appreciate your posts and honesty.

I am not trying to sexualize anything but from my experiences on HRT, how is this even possible? She looks too adorable not to be on HRT but maybe you can go off it and get erectile capacities and girth and length back? Probably all XY's would settle to be that person as it's the perfect combo to earn a living with but the gals who get full SRS are kinda ho hum to a lot of the top guys out there compared to a she-male, which I don't use derogatorily at all. As all of the newbies and guys considering the hormonal path know, a lot of this is related to keeping and controlling your mind set.

I think that that title was warning enough but it was discreet on my end. The hyperlinks add content without asking. But the headgames that you are already facing are very real. You have a female avatar for Goddess's sake. You can't fool Her.

What are the needs for progesterone in all of this since it can in fact be used as an AA that is endogenous to humans. It appears to have mixed estrogenic effects so perhaps it is involved in baldness when T levels are close to zero.
