Are you appealing to the authority of Bridgeburn? He is not an expert and his regime is not the most reasonable, you should not consider his opinion and regime as the ultimate truth.
I do often because he's usually right. Neither he nor I believe that this is for men who want to stay fully masculinized nor do I advocate it for "men" unless they are in certain conditions. But those people you are referring to either got banned or often said incoherent things and none of them presented as experts in my estimation. I point to him and TS Sciences. So the tension has been here from the beginning but to me, this is an HRT-thread more so than an experimental one.

If you want to follow those guys, great, but point me to their genius on the thread here or elsewhere. Show me some decent pics over time. You seem to be seeking approval from the rest or us or are you trying to get people who are male to use bica? I don't believe men should use bica.

Our opinions differ greatly. I, Ein, Ikarus, DHTcel - we all have different opinions on how to properly treat baldness. I agree with some statements, but not with some. This fall, we will get closer to solving the problem, because we will find out what my treatment option will give, which repeats Ein's version
That's what you haven't explained. Maybe it's the translator but sometimes you are asking how to find things like you have no idea what you are doing. HRt.cafe is no secret.

When I started, I put forth a plan and a challenge that folks were not using enough estrogen and I continue to post and post pics and every single aspect of me essentially is public knowledge and I have said that I have materials that are way more detailed upon request. I think you should absolutely start a thread like I have and then report here and there. I don't necessarily want to carry this thread and I am sure some don't care for my content but this thread was dying and no one else came forward with anything close to Bridge's expertise. But since 536 or so, admittedly virtually all of the content here is by me and I took down a lot of stuff and moved it to my thread.

Bridge dude was good at marketing too and a good writer although informal unlike me and almost as open as I about everything. These other guys all slither around in darkness and make unverifiable claims that have essentially no basis in scientific method. I have posted testing reports and I have more but I am not going to provide more than people seek.

So somehow, Bica is a solution for men but not MtF's for hair? I still have a hard time understanding this. Could you do an outline of what you are currently using or are about to start using and what your hypothesis is cause you just keep saying this is the salvation for men as though not XY's MtF's have ever tried bica without estrogen. Of course they have. MtF's do not all feminize with E, bica, Mpa, duta, finasteride, and oral minoxidil which works great. Are you anti-finasteride and anti-min? I am becoming exhausted trying to figure out what you goals and plan and format will be. I am not against the idea for you but sigh. I do appreciate you and our German friend because along with me, your are carrying this entire site the last few weeks:=) not just this thread.

My goal is to achieve baldness arrest and reversal, avoiding side effects such as severe feminization, strong breast growth, muscle loss, etc.

Bicalutamide is my choice because it does not lead to feminization, but to demasculinization, which is acceptable for cis men and is within the acceptable range. Do you have any alternatives for cis men?

My regime: 50mg Bica + 1mg Finasteride

Okay but this is like pulling teeth. Can you print your entire protocol now and planned with doses.

What is your titration plan? Will you be posting pics? Of course, none of that is required but why should we heed your advice? Ultimately you are just a faceless guy on the internet who can say anything just like many of the others. This is essentially an orphan-thread now that has a point for existence but no purpose currently except we all like each other and chat and stuff but I am disappointed I admit that nobody is posting pics and nobody is very open about themselves.

Part of my shtick has been to try to make things interesting, polite, scientific but with visual evidence. Maybe nobody else seeks that and I will retire to my little thread but we were becoming a sowing circle without anyone putting forth thrilling content anymore.

Of course I do and I state them over and over but they aren't radical but completely mainstream. I think RU, fluridil, CB, alfatradiol, and estriol are a waste of time largely for most and I don't see much evidence that they are synergistic in practice. My vendor offers none of those. I have promoted easy to get oral min for many who can tolerate min.

If I manage to cure my aggressive baldness without severe side effects and reverse it, I will blow up this forum and help many balding guys who can repeat my regimen.

Min only hides baldness, it does not stop the destructive effect of hormones. In the long term, it will lose its effectiveness, because it is impossible to compensate for the destruction of the follicles by androgens indefinitely. Min is not a solution to a problem, but a disguise

By doing what those other guys claim that they already did? I will patronize your thread and follow you but I am dubious but who cares what I think. Anyone who puts themselves out there, I support but if hope that means pics. Whatevr and the Hemingway guys tried and slunk away from their own threads yet remain active on the experimental ones.

There we go. That's any interesting viewpoint and I don't necessarily disagree with that but min could have hormonal or short-term "turbo" effects. I am really just trying to help you flesh out your thesis. My thesis is that someone who doesn't avoid estradiol at all and uses unlimited amounts can restore even the entire hairline.

Yes, I took photos, but I will post them when I have cured baldness. I removed them from the gallery and uploaded them to the cloud so as not to see them and spoil my mood

I intend to put an end to the problem of baldness, because finasteride and Duta are powerless for young people. I want early baldness to stop sounding like a sentence.

Again. That shows dedication and devotion without trying to get trans folks to follow you. I share your goal for the young and my heart bleeds for teen boys. I noticed exactly at 20 but at least not in secondary school.

It's true. But estrogen has effects that cis men won't like. Maave rebuilt his growth line and whiskey with 100mg Bicalutamide. It's more palatable than estrogen, which will destroy your T and feminize you greatly. I see estrogen as the last thing to try. This is an option for the desperate and hopeless

But you understand. I also can't tell youngsters to just do things that might make them suffer medical conditions or make them shed worse.

Okay. I would be interested in helping you flesh that out but I hope you will make clear that any med though the liver for many years can be dangerous. Do you have long-run maintenance ideas so you don't take these forever? How will you know when enough is enough? Bio-feedback? Liver testing?

I will be very happy if I save at least one balding young man. Because baldness at a young age is a terrible disease. I don't want anyone to live through this

I know but it's similar to the finasteride thing. If finasteride saves 100 young lives and one guy can't get it up anymore, it's probably worth it for people to try finasteride.

Bicalutamide shows its side effects during the first days or months if you have an individual intolerance. If you carry it, you are not in danger. You can have liver tests done once a year. If problems arise, you can take a break and start again.

But I think that if you do not have intolerance like older people with cancer, you are not in danger.

If you're balding before 20 years of age, I can guarantee that 5AP blockers won't even slow your progression. This is useless for young people, research is carried out on older people, and maintenance, i.e., holding three hairs, is considered a success.
