What better time to take grainy pictures of your hairline when out of the shower.
Will going nuclear help recover what I've lost?

I have the same situation. I am taking 75mg of Bicalutamide. Hopefully this will give me a little hair thickening. But in the end, you will have to use HRT for full recovery.

One thing I've noticed from those who have had success with HRT is that their hair is usually around shoulder length or a few inches below the shoulder. Is that the limit? Can it grow no further than that?

Sorry I often ask questions, is there any Japanese here? I have plans to fly to Japan, can I buy HRT or whatever, oestrogel, androcur, spironolactone, dutasteride in Japan without a doctor's prescription? Perhaps there is a suggestion on a website that provides everything I mentioned
Thankyou

what did you test at? do you have your whole protocol listed?
It was at medickecks, with a finger prick test. I'll be getting a blood test from a doctor there on tuesday, and have started a low fodmap diet to see any particular food is causing this.

I've read that it's hard to get a prescription and diy is even harder.

I've been thinking about the hormonal route's possible similarities to the "Big Two" treatment.
Like, how finasteride lowers DHT and protects the follicles from further assault and how minoxidil is added to the mix to promote growth after the fact. Which is why this combo is so effective for a lot of people.

Maybe HRT duotherapy (a word I made up), with an AA + estrogen work in just about the same way, with the AA stopping the assault by T/DHT and estrogen acting as a growth agent behind it. Perhaps an AA makes estrogen more effective the same way finasteride makes minoxidil more effective.

I've started back on my full regiment but I've added tamoxifen to counteract further gyno development. So far gyno is still only limited to the right breast and there hasn't been a substantial increase in size in the past month. However my right nipple continues to be sore.

I'd prefer raloxifene but that seems hard to get a good source for.

No side effects from tamoxifen so far, may up my dose soon

Another finding from my Reddit research, I've become obsessed.
If you're worried about penile length and usability on HRT, then apparently, putting T-Gel on the shaft of your penis weekly should do the trick, alongside v****/Cialis. Dr Powers even sells his own concoction for $40, though you'll need a prescription.

Also, found this gem of a Transtimeline on Reddit.
She started HRT in her late 30's and got full hair restoration. This is the longest term usage I've seen so far, seven years of HRT.
Most I've seen up until now have been after four years or less.

This is a document created by Maave. There is a lot of interesting information here. For example, here we can see that his hair started to grow back after 2 months of taking Bicalutamide. This is sad for me because I don't see any changes after 2 months. However, I have increased the dosage to 75mg, so I will wait for changes over the next 4 months.
