Do you have different names for the person in pic one from pic two? How do you tell them apart, like memory-wise? The first one is very attractive even for an XY and then the second one looks retouched which probably means it's real. Mine are all real. I have no idea what a filter even is but apparently they make people like us look like characters from Avatar and that movie is not related to like any avatar on here says Janey. Well I'm still on my treatment I just increased my dose of minoxidil.

10mg-20mg oral minoxidil maybe more same days, E2 in cycles, 1mg finasteride, who accompanies me knows that it is from bicalutamide to CPA, the only thing I kept was E2.

What do I have to say? I've already reached the one-year mark using E2.

I took testosterone, SHBG, E2, E3 tests.

My testosterone is around 1345.50 ng/dl. well above the reference value.

DHT was high too, even using finasteride, 506.00 pg/ml

My SHBG was also discharged
79.50 nmol/L

My estrone 55.10 pg/ml
And my e2
75.10 pg/ml.



My observations about E2:

I keep gaining ground, my hair is in Norwood-1 looking like mature hair with a lot of volume, if I comb it sideways it's imperceptible that I've already been bald, on the contrary it's with beautiful volume, but as souls said hairstyles like the ones in the photo he sent, I still lack volume, my hair doesn't hold the hairstyle due to lack of volume, I keep evolving I just don't know how long it will take to achieve this result.

I must go like this endlessly, that's where I get to.

But I've been noticing that even with very good testosterone exams if I overdo it on E2 I lose my libido completely and that makes a difference for me, I like to be sexually active.

Perfect ejaculatory volume.
But sometimes I'm getting very low libido, as I said, being forced to stop E2 but when it stops, the effects mainly on the skin go away quickly.

But when I don't use E2 in 15 days I already see a clear difference in my skin, face, even my dark circles increase, it's bizarre.

Minoxidil turned me into a wolf, literally, I noticed that the explosion of my hair came along with the explosion of my body hair, I mean I had a growth blast again some time ago, even my hands are hairy, giant eyelashes, side of the hair joining with the eyebrow I'm looking like a werewolf.

Notes: At this dosage of minoxidil I'm having a difference in my QT (HEART DISEASE) interval, but at this dosage I got amazing results. If you don't understand I'm having problems with my electrocardiogram, probably everyone who takes these dosages will have a difference in the electrocardiogram, but I doubt they will, to avoid this the correct thing would be to take a beta blocker like atenolol for example,I have access all day to support medical and follow-up because i'm a Doctor, i'm young ,i'm an intern Doctor. You obviously already seem to know this, but that high of a dosage of oral minoxidil def isn't sustainable longterm. Not to mention the degree in which it may deplete collagen might begin to show up in skin over time. Do you plan to lower the dosage in time?

Janey went from 25mg daily to 12.5mg daily and then 12.5mg in the morning only for avoiding alien eyes which were too ridiculous for me to even debate any longer. Then I took 6.25 mg and now ~3mg in the morning and I am waiting but my beard growth exploded, my legs look like a guys who takes T on purpose and none under my arms still or on my arms really but the facial hair is a weird texture and sort of mushy and all white which makes it a nightmare to remove except with electrolysis. On the bright side, I saw great improvement for months but I also gained 30 lbs maybe up to 165 and then immediate down to 140 lbs today in just a few weeks. I think it might increase hunger and bloating in feet and lower extremities but not that extremity.

I continued with one weekly microneedling and then went to twice weekly about a month ago with retin-A smeared everywhere on arms, hands, neck, face, hair line and temples and everywhere. I used an Estrogel carrier on hands and face and I think that I look much younger than almost 57. So topical with MR is everywhere before and after, retin-A and estogel as scalp carriers and topical on brows and eyelashes. I have to plug many brow hairs but I do that anyway and I still overpluck by accident. I continue posting Janey transition pics for MtF's and others and Will pics for most and Will and Janey continue to merge in looks but less so in personality. She is just different, more fun to me and yes, likes to use language to diverge gender attention but it's subtle and ofter strange but that is using my data and pics and writing as performance art which I love. I might make Janey her own character like a tranny Holden Caufield and it's the pain and the novelty of doing this as well as the results that drive me and make me thankful and happy for Will, Janey and to Her.

I answered HRT. Not sure if I can wear the hairstyles that I sent you. Not sure if my growth line will get that thick. Progress is very slow, but the main thing is that I answered this. Now I'm finally calm

Those results seem to indicate that high dose is the way to go in terms of rapidity.

Thanks for posting, I like your honesty about how this stuff can f*ck you up. I am baffled at your total T of 1.3k ng/dL. This is basically the total T of (natty) genetic freaks that are not on E2, which will dose-dependently decrease T. Your SHBG is high-ish, which could explain this high reading somewhat (total T is the T that is bound to albumin or SHBG). Did you test free T as well? Also how is that DHT so high? Are you a non-responder to finasteride? I have very similar labwork to yours (except much lower SHBG and DHT) but I am on TRT and a good responder to dutasteride.

Question about the minoxidil: are you planning to cycle off? I think the safety of oral minoxidil is often overestimated. It is dangerous stuff (but yeah, really effective for hair growth). I believe dosages up to 5mg daily are deemed "safe" in recent papers. Please be careful with 20mg! I would not take more drugs to counteract sides from minoxidil, because often side effects are merely masked. Beta-blockers are hard pharmaceutical compounds, not something you would want to take for the rest of your life. Diet can have some effect to minimize sides at low doses, but honestly at 20mg only the gods can help you.

Also if you have high E2 (which, like me, you do) watch your thyroid hormones. E2 can decrease thyroid output and leave you hypothyroid, which is (next to detrimental for health) probably the worst condition you can have with regards to hair (even worse than Androgenetic Alopecia). People often perpetuate you should not mess with hormones, and that is mainly because everything is connected. Tweaking one hormonal system can and will spill over to other systems. You obviously already seem to know this, but that high of a dosage of oral minoxidil def isn't sustainable longterm. Not to mention the degree in which it may deplete collagen might begin to show up in skin over time. Do you plan to lower the dosage in time

I am aware of the deleterious effects caused by decreased collagen type 4 synthesis, if I'm not mistaken.

But I'll go ahead and see how much I'm able to accept, I know that this dose is unsustainable in the long term and maybe in some cases even in the short term.

Some days I wake up with terrible bags over my eyes and so much others effect's nocives, But the result is real!

My plan is to reach a plateau and stop.

But we have a problem here, by observation and research we know that hair treatment takes a long time to notice any results.

Minoxidil probably follows this law and not only that it probably takes a few years to get all the hairs at the same stage of the hair cycle.

What explains seasonal shedding with minoxidil, to thicken the hair it has to go through the catagen phase and then re-start in the anagena, baldness deregulates our hair cycles.

It would probably take about 2 years for us to see the maximum effect of minoxidil at this dosage, and we would go through several hair cycles in the meantime, the problem is to maintain that dose.

My thought now is to keep this dose indefinitely, someday to reduce the dosage, but then the maximum effect takes longer than that, it would be to maintain the dosage.
So do you understand? I think about reducing it but it's a double-edged sword.

Hey, I am vain but virtually all of my pics are to illustrate different types or stages of baldness and now, different stages of what increasing appears to be a return to juvenile texture and quality and length-wise, the longest ever for me, even including my teen years.

Then I get hammered for long posts like you just made but many of us scour such data for hints and expectations and you are the prime example of an XY "just in it for the hair". Our acquaintance, especially in terms of being Portuguese speakers and a pair that have both lived in Brazil bonds us. Uma vez Brasileiro, Brasileiro pa' sempre diz Janey.

Thanks for posting, I like your honesty about how this stuff can f*ck you up. I am baffled at your total T of 1.3k ng/dL. This is basically the total T of (natty) genetic freaks that are not on E2, which will dose-dependently decrease T. Your SHBG is high-ish, which could explain this high reading somewhat (total T is the T that is bound to albumin or SHBG). Did you test free T as well? Also how is that DHT so high? Are you a non-responder to finasteride? I have very similar labwork to yours (except much lower SHBG and DHT) but I am on TRT and a good responder to dutasteride.

Question about the minoxidil: are you planning to cycle off? I think the safety of oral minoxidil is often overestimated. It is dangerous stuff (but yeah, really effective for hair growth). I believe dosages up to 5mg daily are deemed "safe" in recent papers. Please be careful with 20mg! I would not take more drugs to counteract sides from minoxidil, because often side effects are merely masked. Beta-blockers are hard pharmaceutical compounds, not something you would want to take for the rest of your life. Diet can have some effect to minimize sides at low doses, but honestly at 20mg only the gods can help you.

Also if you have high E2 (which, like me, you do) watch your thyroid hormones. E2 can decrease thyroid output and leave you hypothyroid, which is (next to detrimental for health) probably the worst condition you can have with regards to hair (even worse than Androgenetic Alopecia). People often perpetuate you should not mess with hormones, and that is mainly because everything is connected. Tweaking one hormonal system can and will spill over to other systems. Of course, we like tweaking our hormones, but please be aware. Good luck, and congrats with your results!

I was more than nw1. I've been on hrt for 3 years. But when I said 10 years, I meant that I recovered to a better hairline than I had when I was even like 18, since it hadn't been rounded since like pre puberty

Janey wishes you would do an MtF-oriented thread in terms of style and ways of passing attractively and even posing. You seem to have entirely XX rhythms and grace which is high praise from Janey. I try to use progress pics productively in my custody matter and Will seems to never smile although this is not intentional and Janey's alway innocently joyful and above his "issues" since we are they but they are not we since HRT changes one fundamentally psychologically and the non-visual orientation and lack of bombardment by sexual imagery is priceless. Why am I on so often? Because Janey has hours of more time daily since she is not wired sexually as a "male". The differences can be both subtle and also sharply delineated. Estrogen makes us happy; T promotes aggression, fetishization and fixative thought all of which can be quite harmful. As Janey often says, "there's a reason the jails are full of 98% XY's and it's not just bias of the system. Criminal charges of any type are largely not an experience of white females or white tranny's who pass and this is why passing well can be critical to success on our terms in terms of avoiding harassment and targeting.

You followed me closely, you know I tried everything a lot, I tried to see how far an XY could go, and I'm getting to that point.

I used a lot of things in that time, bicalutamide, flutamide, CPA, E2, spirolactone, I participated in all the side effects and I was putting in the balance what was acceptable to me.

But I try to expose as much information as possible.

I mean I always come here and post pictures, because I know the pain of losing our hair.

It's who we are, it's part of our personality, and what I can do to help, will I do it, what do I want in return?

You don't struggle much at all in terms of coverage. What you lack is the flexible texture and free flowing aspect of white juvenile hair. I am getting that back increasingly and I often try to advise non-MtF XY's that there is no "male" method that will allow one to wear one's hair long without at least some frizziness and the lack of anagen even for males with coverage can defeat all attempts to wear their hair long even with coverage. I also coined the term SOS or Son of Sam hair for the phenomenon of complete XY coverage that actually looks far worse and less neat that NW7 baldness. Everyone assumes coverage means "better" hair. It most certainly does not.

I fear that you need to be exposed to higher E2 levels and possible breast growth to go much further but you are a good looking guy regardless and you are one of the nicest people I know. You never attack anyone and unlike me, your get your points across far more subtly but Janey's too young and innocent literally from 2nd puberty that there's a huge "watch me, everybody!" aspect that I find endearing and others might see as contrived and cloying. Janey says, yes, that's sort of the point. Janey's a different person from Will pretty much top to bottom although we share most memories in common not related to abuse where things can be largely blocked for Will but available for Janey to process since "she" didn't actually go through these experiences.
