I do a hybrid of crossfit and traditional body building 6 days a week. The aim is only really strength and fitness but I suppose the physical byproducts are good tooI have to respectfully concur with Pas's opinion here, @Georgie definitely does sumo squats.

By all means! Haha. I do a lot of Olympic lifting (cleans, snatches, squats, deadlifts) so I used my legs every day. Nothing like it for leg development. Currently my max squat at 55kg body weight is 130kg.I am coming to Australia and we're going to work out and it's gonna be f*****g amazing, it's happening.
