By all means! Haha. I do a lot of Olympic lifting (cleans, snatches, squats, deadlifts) so I used my legs every day. Nothing like it for leg development. Currently my max squat at 55kg body weight is 130kg.

Proof of squatting 130kg or f*** off.
I deadlifted 200kg with my erect penis.

At her weight it's big lift.
I know guys who are 180lbs and sometimes struggle with 2 plates.

I have a lower back injury and I struggle with 1 plate on each side. I will probably never be able to do proper squats and deadlifts.

I know a bunch of guys who herniated their discs during 80kg squats. It only seems online americans treat 2plates as entry level job and, 3 plates as gold measure of whether you are a bro or not.
Either they have lighter plates, or the food is giving them free roids, or they are lying their asses.

Sure, but it's stereotypically a woman's activity so for a guy to participate is not exactly expected. I think women probably don't care much for guys who partake in yoga, although they probably would never admit it. That's just my opinion, i could easily be wrong.

Maybe, maybe not. It's not as true as it was ten or fifteen years ago, classes range between one third and one half men.

As for what women care about, if the yoga has the desired effect (better mental and physical fitness) then that will be what matters.

Weak men avoid the gym, and in general lots of people lie and bullshit.

My disks were herniated pre-squat. They just prevent me from ever doing squats properly as it's a risk. I end up squatting very low weights (less than my body weight, even including the bar) in longer sets. It's not as good, but it's the best I can do.

I know bunch of men who trained at my gym for 4 years and they are squatting 100-110kg top. They are all pretty swole and aesthethic. It's a surprise for me to see people going maniacal weights tbh.

Have you thought of doing artificial disc replacement ?

Right now I don't feel pain, so no. If I were to go under the knife, there are other things that would come first, like a hair transplant.
