If anyone is looking to put on fat, Jeni's ice cream (a gourmet) brand has a special this weekend: buy 4 pints, get 2 pints free. They ship everywhere in the USA using dry ice to keep the ice cream cold.
https://jenis.com

I just ordered the six following flavors of ice cream, which should keep my freezer stocked for three or four days when it arrives:

Boozy Eggnog
Brambleberry Crisp
Brown Butter Almond Brittle
Goat Cheese with Red Cherries
Gooey Butter Cake
The Matterhorn

I made a mistake in the order (lol) but this should still be yummy.

That's also your bodyweight right?

It's damn impressive.

I can bench press about my bodyweight, after more than a decade lifting :(

I should start wearing lipstick and skirts

You and I are both submissive, another thing in common.

Though you prefer feet, whereas thighs are my favorite part of a women's legs.

Oh hell no bro, I prefer thighs as well. Feet don't do anything for me.
Exodus is the one with foot fetish.

yes but $48 for 6 pints of icecream is pretty expensive ice cream. Also, it will take a lot of yoga to work that ice cream off, are you sure it was a wise move?
Just reroute the icecream to me and i'll spare you the trouble of burning calories after eating it

I eat a lot of desserts lol. On days when I'm not fasting I probably average ~3,500 calories total including desserts. Ice cream, pie, are probably the most common inclusions. I love food, so alternating between feasting and fasting is the healthiest option for me, both mentally and physically.

I want to try making strawberry rhubarb pie again. A challenge in that pie is that the filling releases a lot of moisture, which undermines the crust. What I might do is put a layer of tapioca pearls at the bottom to absorb the excess moisture, so that crust stays hard.

This is the cooking class I'm taking tomorrow:

Brunch – Italian Style
Although brunch isn’t something you would do while in Italy, we thought it’d be fun to take some of our favorite Italian dishes and adopt them for early morning consumption. Join us in the morning for some coffee and Bomboloni, the classic Italian doughnut fresh from the fryer. We’ll then make eggs poached in tomato sauce on toasted Italian bread rubbed with garlic, the classic breakfast pasta, Carbonara, a tomato & basil frittata, potatoes & pancetta and the classic sweet ricotta pastry in pasta frolla.

why don't you pre-bake the rhubarb to release some of the moisture first and then make the pie once it's cooled down? I mean i know nothing of baking pies but i have eaten my share of them so i think that makes me kind of an expert on the topic

That might work too. I think (???) That the moisture is actually good, in that the water carries a lot of the flavor. You just don't want it to ruin the crust. The filling I used yesterday included flour and sugar, I think the flour was to sorb the moisture but maybe I had the proportions wrong. Regardless, it's a solvable problem, and I'm going to solve it -- in the name of science.

You really think someone on the internet would lie just like that ? Rep max at 100kg but does 80kg for reps while having 50kg?

You really think people do for reps 130% of their own weight ?
You should by that ratio be lifting 202kg for reps. ( 130% of 88kg)

Also she has no androgens in her body which are main muscle building component, only estrogen and progesterone which aren't anabolic.
Yet men on cocktails of roids need to achieve those ratios.

Judging from your picture, maybe some eye shadow to make your eyes look smaller.

You would definitely be slaying some gothic pussy though.

Actually brunch is taking off in Italy as well.
Especially because families take young kids there and leave them to the house clown - games - etc

The Bombolone (plurale bomboloni) is actually totally addictive. I have one every morning, with nutella and cream.
