well how about that link you showed about the nurse and her husband made £40,000 a year dual income and that was said to be the national avg. if 40K a year is the national average than a 100K home is the average.
now if i go around my town i see 250-500K homes in my posh town, but i hang around the city center i see 100s and 100s of flats and they far outwiegh the 400K homes i see in my local town in fife.
UK AVERAGE is £40K a year for couples, 100K homes. 5 K cars, basic holidays.
Jesus Christ you are just plain thick!
Do you not realise how inflation works?
Where I live homes under £100k make up about 3% of all property. I guess 97% of my city must be renting.
In my town there are hardly any flats at all I guess all the local supermarket and factory workers must be on £60k+.
Every time you make a post you just expose how stupid you are.
Funny how nearly all of my colleagues are on the property ladder despite many earning under £20k.
My Dad has never earned over £30k a year in his life, how come he now lives in a £270k house thats been paid for for the last 15 yrs?
Did you ever even go to school?
