Nope. Partly the hassle of managing so many different cryptos without hardware wallet support. It becomes a pain in the ***. Also the difficulty of predicting short term movements post-ICO.

So much out there that its already hard enough to keep track of things without looking heavily into ICOs.
I concur to that, given limited time and money we all have. So I am in research mode for now; looking into mining and hashing rate as well. A dedicated powerful system can get you some money there as well.

Now I am considering a utopian scenario where a team has different members with different skillsets. As stated above, we have limited resource work can be distributed.
For ex. I take up ICO, do a thorough research and suggest for what and when to pitch in.
Other guy can work on altcoins.
Third guy can work on general trend.
And above all we have the manager, the seer - guiding all. It will be fun working together like in Wolf of Baldstreet.

And well, not limiting it just to bitcoin, we can take up projects and rip this mofo world apart.

There's an ex-hedge fund manager Michael Novogratz and his upcoming 500m crypto-fund sounds as if it is taking a similar approach.

but when you're talking tens of thousands of dollars movement in a day its impossible not to lose your sh*t when it drops.

Movements of tens of thousands...
How much is your crypto portfolio now? How much do you have in non-crypto investments?

I won't say exactly but you can get a gist of it, initially my input was about 10% of my stock holdings with a few extra top-ups along the way and it's significantly above that now.

10x increase. Won't give exact number but it's over 10000.
Wow.
I also purchased it on binance, though a modest amount and not really at a high.
You always miss the glitz if coming late to the party.

Where are you holding it? Physical wallet?

What's your stock vs crypto percentage split now?

An American exchange. Just checked and the Ledger supports it so might get on that soon.

Ledger is just fantastic. However, I miss the opportunity to put Monero and Iota in there. What's your solutions for those two?

I mean...I do use Iota official wallet right now, but it's just so anti practical and time consuming.

Btw, Bitcoin dominance plumbing right now. You believe BTC and BCH can co-exist?

Just dumped more BTC for eth. The fork system is perfect democracy at work and a great system at providing competition, but unfortunately in this case I'm not sure core devs care to compete. Their heads are in the clouds and so is their cult so they continue to tear each other apart and drive people away from bitcoin altogether.

In a perfect world BTC devs would recognise the problem, go to 8mb blocks like BCH and the problem would go away. Instead we have poltiican like egos and multimillionaire head in the clouds developers who simply don't care because they personally don't have to worry about $40 or even bitcoin collapsing because they're already rich.

I keep my iota and monero on exchanges but its only a small amount. I think Rai will cripple Iota as the largest DAG coin. It's better functioning already and its intended usecase is more applicable to the general user.

What if the physical wallet gets corrupted, like a hard disk?
What is the recourse for that?
And do these facilitators keep adding new currencies to stock in thr wallet,
If then it must be connected to a server for updating the device?
Juat being cynical, probability of security breach while on a network..

It doesn't matter, you have a backup seed so its not the device itself that is important. The key is signed offline and is not related to a server. Also the wallet itself is open-source so publically available to view whats going on and verify security.

I think you should get a job at Bridgewater. You would be perfect.
