you had zero thinning of any kind. you really havent gone to therapy for your BDD in all these years? it doesnt seem to be going away
Why do you have this weird hatred for me? I have thinning man. Many other people on this forum have confirmed it. The doctor that prescribed me propecia confirmed it. What else do you want?

propecia is a preventative drug. The best result are seen if you get on it before thinning is bad.

that “baldhurts” guy is an example of BDD. Not me

Poor Greece.

Many guys take offense when people who still have decent hair post asking for advice. You can sort of understand. Until I had my massive shed, I was afraid to say too much because I had never been quite bald but min/finasteride stopped working at about the age of 48 and I decided to try this. Because I scar easily, my attempt at a hair transplant was a fiasco so that wasn't viable for me but micro-needling really helped dissipate scar tissue and rejuvenate some of the scar tissue into hair bearing tissue. That's been my major issue in terms of taking pics because the light reflects much more so off cobblestoned or dead grafts.

"weird hatred" bruh you've literally cried about hair loss hallucination for years on a forum for people with actual hair loss. this is just painful lack of self awareness

that guy was actually bald. me, cope4life, and a ton of other non insane posters never saw any thinning

a lot of BDD freaks here who I'm sure would confirm your delusion to justify their own. their opinions dont count lol

no ive known this guy for years, seen many of his pics and literally saw zero hair loss. his erectyle dysfunction might actually be because his norwood 1 hormone levels are normal yet he's taking finasteride lol

Here’s a pic that shows clear diffuse thinning. Just because I’m not bald doesn’t mean I don’t have hairloss. Thanks to finasteride I’ve kept my hair like this for 4 years.

at least u posted a pic lol. it looks like theres a little bit of thinning to be fair but definitely not enough to assume you're going to be norwood 7 and make threads every month though

nw7 is very rare. even me, who was nw6 by 21 isnt nw7. that means your sides have retreated close to your ears

i think its mainly in like 50+ men
My dad was a full NW7 by the age of 26 or so. And I am thinning on my whole top and crown whatsoever.

Yeah have to pop up my next anti-androgen pill lmaoo

Yeah can't say I've seen a ton of people where the horseshoe is as low as portrayed in the Norwood scale:
nw7.PNG

People whom are usually considered to be NW7 seem to end up somewhere inbetween the above and NW6.

My dad has no such fuzzy hair. Its slick.
And his back hair is almost not visible, thin af.

I am done, I guess.

Well now you see why I need to keep taking this finasteride stuff. My family history has NW6 in early 20s on most men. My hair has looked like the photo I posted since I was 18, but I’m pretty sure if I stop taking finasteride I will lose ground. Not willing to risk it tbh. Just have to hope it doesn’t lose effectiveness over time.

It will loose slowly but for sure. You will most likely loose a lot of ground in the next 4 years. Maybe even 3. Your hair loss sounds really aggressive, what you said about your fanily history.

If I would be you, I would think about topical AAs (if yoi still think Miniaturization/hair loss is going on).

What can you do if you are sensitive to finasteride? And get extreme side effects like insomnia.
