being myself? i wish i was tall so ****ing bad, NOT for others, but just to feel like im actually male. honestly when i think of my height and pathetic skinny build i wonder if i was supposed to have been a girl. it just feels really bad sometimes looking in the mirror and literally being LESS of a man.

depending on the pain and how much money i have, i will consider this surgery. and its not "a bit" of height. from 5'8" to 6 foot even is a good height upgrade, that would make one go from on the short side to on the tall side

if i got surgery say 4 or 5 inches i cud be average height

Wow! Hairpieceman, I guess I must be in real real trouble. I'm 5ft3, I wear glasses, and I'm skinny to boot. But I've had a few serious relationships, and did pretty well in the one night stand stakes as well. What happens when you become your ideal height? Will you then move your neuroses onto something else? It's the self defeating attitude of some short members that compelled me to post. I'm probably the shortest forum member, and yes it can be harder to get a girlfriend. But being totally self obsessed is far more of a turn off to women, trust me!

It is hard to be a short bloke, but it's not the death sentence some seem to think it is. I'm at best an average looking guy, but I've done ok. But then I put the other person first in a relationship or even in a conversation. Maybe these guys think they have some sort of right to an attractive woman. I don't know, but it's like the "nice guy syndrome", where they aren't a nice guy at all, but a bitter, borderline misogynist!
