It's only human nature. 15 year old girls are desired by everyone. There is this girl power movement. It's only natural that 15 year old kids get spoilt with this power and behave like b****s.
Life will eventually slap some sense into them though.

I think there's one way to make a bully feel foolish: indifference. When you attempt to insult the person back you show that you are bothered and that's exactly what the bully wants. And if you storm away it's the same thing. But making a little eye roll and giving a knowing half smile at the bully's comment and then continuing to make small talk for another min before walking away can be very effective. Like, you're a better person who has better things to do and the bully is just an immature kid who you will be polite and humor with small talk for a minute. And you of course are utterly unaffected by her silly attempt to rile you up.

this definitely works 100% of the time. Bullies feed off of your anger.

It’s impossible to win in @Stanx22 situation, because you can’t knock her out or say something as demeaning in return without looking like a sperg. The best bet would be to laugh it off and give her some equally insulting basic humour back: «haha you’re right. Looks like you’ve grown alot though.. in width.»

I understand what you meant and that you understood how a bullies mentality worked and how to minimise the amount of bullying you would go through, however he has a point, if you had it your ENTIRE childhood then clearly you weren't a pro at evading it. There's nothing wrong with someone giving advice regardless of how successful/unsuccessful they were at something, it's just the way it was worded along the lines of "Take this from someone who got bullied all the time- I KNOW what it takes to not get bullied!" it's like, surely that kind of background shouldn't be make me confident your advice is going to be golden, in fact probably the opposite?

I'm struggling for analogies but it's like "take it from someone who's failed many businesses, I KNOW what it takes to drive a business into the ground!"

Well y'see that's the confusion then. When you wrote "entire childhood" I thought that meant until like, the age when bullying stops happening (16-18ish) which would mean, you got continually bullied and never found a way to escape it.
