I Realize I Have Missing Tile Syndrome( Bdd In Disguise)

I saw this video on another hair loss site. Definitely sums up what goes thru my mind everyday. I think its just another way of explaining how a person thinks with BDD. In my case, it was always physique, legs, skin and later in life hair.

Great video, very accurate. For me, my life is one big missing tile, my ceiling has like 3 tiles at this point lol.

EL, all I see are the tiles that are there.. and DAMN they look FINE!!
