The idea behind men aging better stems from the idea that men can pull of the rugged, wrinkled, and saggy look.

It doesn't necessarily mean they age better per say.



Skin elasticity
genetics
Avoiding carcinogens
Avoiding to much sun

All factor in how gracefully one ages.

Walk down the street and look at the forty plus men. How many of them look better than 25 year olds?

The truth is out muscle mass decreases (unless you fight that), your testosterone goes down, you are far more likely to have hair loss, you are more than likely going to gain some fat (unless you fight it), your skin sags and you can get jowls and bags under your eyes.

Only a few stay attractive over forty - and they are the ones who stand out because they are good looking.

When i walk in the street i don't see many human with NW3+. The most guys have good hairs.

True is after 60 you see many old guys with male pattern baldness!

But under 50,40 it's really really rare.

You still haven't landed a gig? You need to get on that. It sucks, but you should at the very least be working some kind of sh*t retail job. The work sucks, but you will have some nice access to women. I worked retail when I was 18. The pay sucked, but the job was fun while it lasted.

Age 25 is a woman's peak, after that looks quickly deteriorate. Women usually age faster than men.

But the problem with this is that balding makes you look older, so maybe I'm seeing young balding guys but labeling them as older than they are.

Out of my group (about 30 lads) of mates (20 - 27 year olds) there is one NW5 who has been like that since 17. There's another NW2.5 who will likely be NW3 in the next year if he doesn't treat. Then there's me at NW2. The rest are fine for the moment.

One of the reasons men age better than women (and yes they definitely do so long as they are healthy and not balding) is that youth is a big attraction to males whilst much less so to females. The evolutionary reasons for this are obvious.

I believe females will rate 26 year old males as the most attractive, whereas men will rate 19 year old women as the most attractive. (or something like that can't remember the exact numbers).

So we look for signs of youth (no wrinkles etc) more so than women do.

That's because you're balding. I too, look 10-15 years older now that I'm Norwood 4 (I also have really bad skin, and that played a role as well).

Yep, I've also aged a little prematurely around the eyes and forehead.

The only good thing is I don't have lines around my mouth

My favorite band is the Pet Shop Boys (srs), the true kings of pop according to me but not considered so because of homophobia (man that makes me sound like a SJW).

Yeah, yeah, I read that thread (you posted it many many times). I was simply stating that gay men are not as shallow as women. I've met many bald and balding 4-5/10 gay guys (in their 20s-30s, not teens of course) who had a sexual life with partners on their "same level". Looks like hypergamy is not much of a problem for the average gay guy as much as it is for the average straight guy.

As far as being judged on your looks.. gay men can be just as picky as all those evil females.

When I got my matches as a slick NW5 (often with no indication of my height), I thought all the girls had made a mistake.

i think my face looks good. beta nice face but you have that too (no offense) and dont have issues with girls

and naw im deep in mental illness atm. just dropped my two online class (too difficult to do online) and am just gonna be basement dwelling this semester. still too anxious to get a job or go outside. im even too scared to go to a mental hospital lol. i need my routine or i go crazy
