Thanks, pretty soon assuming you have legit Seti. (probably a few weeks in)

I just started OC000459 about a week ago and the itch is gone and my shedding down like 85%. Trying to get on pge2 but the one lab I was gonna buy from is out and doesn't know when the next is gonna be ready. Not sure where to go from here

based on westonci's early progress, and my own lack of progress with RU + minoxidil, i am going to try the protocol the way he is doing it.... but I know the original creator of this protocol used dutasteride as well.... i can't take finasteride (and i am assuming dutasteride) due to sides ... however, finasteride + minoxidil did give me a 1/4 inch regrowth on my hairline back when i tried it, and it felt like a miracle to progress forward a bit versus backward ...

anyway i was thinking of adding CB to westconci's version of the protocol, to replace the anti-androgen angle from the original protocol given i don't think i'll tolerate dutasteride... additionally, i didn't get any sides from topical RU... aside from the increased logistical work adding yet another topical to westcoci's regimen, do you guys think this is advisable? or should i keep the RU in the regimen instead? or neither? any thoughts would be greatly appreciated...

i feel bad asking, because as a new member i want to add value instead of just asking questions, but i haven't learned enough yet (as an aside, i have learned enough, watching the back and forth for that past few months, not to ask questions that can be had by searching and reading through previous threads! so i don't plan on doing that ;) ) ... i can say though, that in return for your expertise, i have some good baseline pics with a few small moles before and after the hairline, as well as a lone soldier, so if i am able to get any regrowth, i'll be able to document and share ... the moles and lone soldier are positioned in a way so that even a small amount of regrowth, should i be so lucky, would be pretty unmistakable using these markers.. thanks in advance for any thoughts....

There is nothing wrong with just talking, speculating honestly, and ask questions.

I think I speak on behalf of the community, when I say that the only thing we would like of you is that you mark things be down, be consistent, and take accurate pictures from consistent angles and lighting.

gotcha.. so what so do you think? is there any value in adding an antiandrogen like CB or RU to this regimen (start of this thread) @westonci is using? i think i read on reddit somewhere that pge2 might address the same thing CB or RU would, just further down stream...

That's a hypothesis, yes.

I don't see the problem with adding RU or CB if you don't get sides with them and money isnt a problem. It would add another layer of protection so to speak.

Finally got my hands on PGE2 after being without it for 4 weeks.

Not sure what happened but the pge2 i bought a month ago either melted or was tampered with customs when it arrived.

So thanks to everyones donations, i was able to purchase another 100mg bottle.

So after being off of it for a month. What have i noticed?

Areas that had hair but were thinning were holding thanks to Seti alone.

Unfortunetly slick bald areas that had new hairs growing suffered without PGE2.

Maybe even thinned a bit in those areas without the PGE2.

Anyways a new batch just arrived at my house this morning so looks like im back in business.

@westonci Good to hear things will be back on track man.

Did you use castor oil (topically or orally), or anything else that might act as a PGE2 agonist or activate some of its receptors while you were waiting for more PGE2 powder?

It is believed that PGD2 inhibits hair growth and that PGE2 facilitates hair growth.

PG stands for "prostaglandin". It's a class of proteins.

Prostaglandins are not proteins. They are actually a class of lipid-like substances that have hormone-like effects in animals.

Also, he was asking where people are getting PGE2 in powder form not what PGE2 is.

For that, the most plausible answer must be the so-called private forums. I don't know if the likes of Kane/ Wuhan Pharma/ ClearVision are supplying it. There is always sigma aldrich, but damn it, how fvcking expensive!

He wrote "where" which I incorrectly read as "why".

I have a feeling PGE2 helped me. I only used it for a couple months, and it's just a feeling with no strong correlation, so I hesitate to even post it. It's enough to make me very interested in other PGE2 experiences though.

Are you using Seti + Lithium Chloride/Wounding

PGE2 alone wont help much, but when you add the other two components you get rediclous growth, even in slick bald areas.

Its like a lock with three keys to open it.

Lot of guys on forums try one of three parts of the protocol, and say it doesnt work. You need all three to get regrowth.

hi @westonci ....when you talk about micro needling + LiCl at the start of this thread, your schedule is "bi-weekly" ... do you mean "twice a week" or "once every two weeks" ?

No. I used it with minoxidil and RU, and got massive shedding. It completely destroyed my hair in two months. I quit taking it, and two months later I had tiny hairs popping up on slick bald areas, even a few down to my original hairline, but then it completely stalled out. It makes me think I may need to add PGE2 again. I don't really think seti has much value. Anti androgens are superior to pge2 receptor antagonists in my mind, and Seti is a pretty weak one.

I recently started wounding, but lithium chloride has a list of side effects that makes me not want to touch it. Stemoxydine serves the same purpose without any risks.

Hey man, do you mean you use stem instead of LiCl? So like you apply the stemoxydine right after wounding?
