I understand fidia wants to do more research, I just think that was their worst move ever to be made if their intentions was to release this lotion at all.
This was the year basically nothing will be released in the hair loss industry.
Their product could have been the one to remember.

I am optimistic, but since I'm italian I can provide a better translation; the Italian statement is "lo sviluppo durerà fino al 2018" ; the real English translation is "the development will last until 2018", and it can not be interpreted otherwise. If you follow the original italian statement, they clearly say "no lotion in 2017", since the development will last for all this year. In italian they are not using the conditional "potrebbe durare" which could be translated "may last" but they said "durerà", which is the simple future form to be translated with "will last", which express certainty.
Now, even if I think it's an announcement wrote to keep us quiet and to stop sending emails, if we look at the italian announcement, the translation requires "UNTIL". So, in the italian version, they do not expect the lotion to be marketed nowhere in 2017.

Also, I wanted to point out that they said "non sono ancora stati completati gli studi ed ottenuti i relativi risultati", which is translated with "the studie are yet not completed, and results are yet not obtained", which does not specifically mean that they are still trialing. In my opinion, this is the case they would have write it, "test" is a common word also in italian. Do not forget that even if the trials are completed, they have to scientifically analyze every minimum progress and to provide the best interpetation of the effectiveness, which requires a bit. Then starts the marketing plans and the gathering of all resources, so 2018 could be really the case; we even discussed the issues they may encounter when getting liposomes on a mass scale production.

I'm and like many others were screwed because we though that this lotion will come out in 2017. i'm not saying by this that the lotion won't work.

Yes, I agree. But I'll say again that it's just a pre-made message, the same as what we got from Ms.Fedeli this entire year. Also, look the English version's title: it says "hair loss". In italian is "L' Alopecia". We can't translate Alopecia properly, because it descends from the Latin word "alopex" which means "fox", the animal who suffers hair loss during the winter, but Alopecia means scientifically a pathology (more or less, for sure Areata, but not Androgenetic) and it's used to technically call the pathologic hair loss. The generic "hair loss" can refer to anything: Telogen Effluvium , Androgenetic Alopecia, Alopecia Areata, or just the physiologic daily loss.
In my opinion, after all these emails, Ms.Fedeli went to the CEO saying

Fedeli - "Director, I can't stand no more all these calls and emails, people out there are going crazy asking for an announcement and I'm going crazy too"
CEO - "Ok, make the announcement then"
Fedeli - "What should I write?"
CEO - "Write that we are still developing."
Fedeli - "But people want a date, they are going mad"

i think the main reason behind this news is because during the the two week of holidays they received a HUUGE amount of emails, mainly when people was waiting for news before they went on vacation.
remember the italian guy who said that he called a woman who worked in FIDIA and she tells him that they gonna announce a news about the product in the week of December before they went to holiday.

Just imagine being in place of 'Elena' and try to work while your email is open and every two minutes a window pop-up informing you that you received a new email and it was just an email asking for the lotion.

i think they are very pissed and they can't no longer work in this situation mainly Elena Fedeli is a Communication Manager and work a lot with email while his inbox is spamming with a lot of email asking about the lotion.

That demand is actually a problem. They have to anticipate the demand to order the substances from suppliers and to set up the production.
If they produce too little we wont get our lotion, if they produce too much they loose money.
From the end of the prototype to mass production there is just so much to do.

salve at tutti vorrei esprimere un mio parere personal...La lozione del brotzu cosi come da lui dichiarato piu volte e cosi come dimostrato da chi appartiene el trial funziona su tutti i tipi di alopecia

dai vostri commenti e dai messagi privati che mi inviate apprendo che una certe Jole appartenente al trial crea info discordante anche con quanto lei stessa dichiara poche ore prima...ora vi chiedo solo come mai continuante a seguirla nonostante abbiate voi stesso riscontrato un suo continuo cambio di info... in secondo luogo vi vorrei ricordare che non e l unica facente parte al trial ...Gli altri facente parte non si sono esposti per ripettare quanto firmato come accordo per entrare nella sperimentazione.
molte delle varie voci e false notizie si sono sviluppate proprio intorno a questa jole quindi vi esorto a lasciarla perdere.

Basically, he won't share any information on the progress of his patients nor the progress of his research any longer. He will only publish official reports from the pharmaceutical company, and ask people not to disturb him any longer, nor to quote his name in private groups/blogs/conversations on fb, and warns us that it's illegal.
