I know there were more reasons for the hype, but they were equally shitty, or shittier.

How long till the Koreans show something? A few years maybe? Maybe I can take propecia till then. If anyone can cure hairloss it's the Koreans, if you see their celebrities and some of the people over there it looks like they pretty much cured aging.

I warned people to chill and get a grip last couple of days.
What was striking there was no pre-hype what so ever in the media, especially the Italian media.
Although a few suffer from hairloss, the media don't ignore the topic and as for the presentation, any science backed data presented with two subjects deserves to be laughed out the door.

Did they give a release date and cost? I dont see these results as bad. Its obviously was not going to be better than finasteride, so maintenance alone is a success, and it might achieve that. The problem is it will never have the evidence of propecia being just a cosmetic because why waste all that money when you dont need to.
The best case was what we see as results. A little regrowth, and hopefully maintenance off the s-equol
