Like i said like twice now i dont know lol, i just feel it, but i guess i have "trust" in the fact that im happy with how things will be one day, and dont try to worry about stuff i cant help.

That doesn't make sense either, you're using the word confidence incorrectly. I think the word your looking for is CONTENT.

Why you looking way to much into this for? this will be my 3rd time telling you now that i dont know, i just feel it, those reasons are me just trying to stop you from going on. The whole confident thing popped up round baldness, so i said i was confident while being bald, you know what im getting at so just stop dude.

I actually DON'T know what you're getting at because nothing of what you said is an example of confidence. Everything points to you simply being content.

This will be my fourth time now, again i dont know i just feel it, but its obvious what people mean when people say when they are confident if you know the meaning of the word (not saying you dont), ok those reasons are for content ok whatever, but again those reasons i said to stop you from going on, and trying to explain how i feel, i cant think of words for it. Again it was based round baldness, so it surely you have an idea.

So basically, you never let baldness affect you and your confident it never will either?

That's a strange quality to have trust in. Are you worried baldness will affect you in the future?

I guess its strange even though its just another way of me saying "feeling or showing confidence in oneself or one's abilities or qualities" lol or TRYING to say atleast my bad if i messed up. And no, i dont worry about it effecting me, im 24 and about nw5, if it dont effect me now i would it ever in the future?

Then what's the point of forcing yourself in being 'confident' if that's the way you were, are and will be? Seems like an excuse for an insecurity.

I didnt force myself, just something what i felt happening as i went through my early balding stage and when i cared about people judging me, its just me saying that i know it wont effect me thats all. Im still shy in certain areas, but the whole balding thing? nope.

See, that's where you're partially wrong. It may not affect you directly/personally... but we all know that your baldness does affect others and how they perceive you. So yeah, it does affect you. 'Confidence' despite being bald, will not fix that.

But what does my baldness affecting others to do with me? if they are affected in anyway, thats their problem not mine. My confidence is for me noone else.

It doesn't matter because the common denominator is society, not you. You're the outcast regardless of how you or society sugarcoats it and their feelings about baldness not being an issue for them. It is an issue. You're on this site after all.

But i have always been an outcast lol, even with hair, sorry but its not an issue, you may think its an issue for me but just like if my baldness affects others, thats their (your) problem not mine.

Since we're all balding, its every one of ours problem... so there's that.

Lol i never meant it like that, im on about "evil society" you love to go on about, and when i said "your" i meant you believing the reason im here, not my problem if you dont believe.

I will bet a ton of money that the creator of this thread is something like a Norwood 2. It's ALWAYS the people with the most minimal hair loss who post stuff like "be confident, bruh!". I'd like to see how confident they'd be as an NW6 (and not just tell everyone, "Oh, I WOULD be confident). I dunno, something tells me that the creation of this thread is some kind of joke.

And I also see that the creator of this post is on finasteride as well. So Alphamale, why don't you practice what you preach, get off the finasteride, and embrace your own hair loss?

Yeah..I did kinda expect this thread to be a bit a piss take. But..it's still an interesting topic non the less.
Now....I gotta digress a bit.
You see, I can kinda understand why all the full heads come out with statements like "If I go bald it won't effect me. I'll be just be as confident as I've always been."
Now..what I'm getting at is...because in the everyday experience of a fullhead, especially if said fullhead is relatively good looking..... they probably ARE getting good feedback with regard to their appearance.
Yet to the fullhead, this is just their existence. The world is good. It wouldn't even enter into their minds that a good deal of their positive interaction with society is based on their looks.

I guess I can't blame them for their ignorance.
It really does take one loosing ones looks for his (or her) eyes to really open up to this phenomena.

So I guess what I'm getting at is...because the privileged fullhead has absolutely no experience (and no idea) about being seen as visually unsettling to the eye, he can not comprehend the importance of looking good in day to day interaction with society.
I'm not even talking about being good looking, really. Just not UGLY in the eyes of the majority.

Anyway, so this fullhead is probably walking around thinking that people are responding to him in a positive (or even neutral way) because of his personality... or that people are just naturally amicable.
So when confronted with the question of himself possible going bald in the future?? He just automatically thinks things will be the same as usual.
Because that is ALL he knows at that point.

Never in his naive little mind could he envision society being so shallow as to treat you differently because of your hair loss.
"Nah, man!! It's all in ya mind!!" He will tell the bald complainer.
But, as we all know...IF this fullhead were to ever join the ranks of the bald/balding..he is in for a VERY rude awakening!!!

Forget about confidence and JUST DO IT. Do what you want regardless of what people think. If you see a girl that you want to date, ask her out. Most people succeed in life when you just go for it. You might have to fail before you succeed but eventually you will succeed.
