Hello Whatevr,
I share some of your traits. I'd prefer avoiding ingesting another prescription ( wouldn't we all?), if possible.
In your research have you found any 'alternative products' known to be effective against anxiety that
might be worthwhile looking at before jumping into the Big League? Much appreciated.

Hey I.D.,
Phenibut isn't really a prescription. I got mine in powder form from PowderCity. It's sold as a supplement.
However, if you don't want to try that then you can also look into Valerian Root extract and Kava Kava.
Those work decently well for being herbal supplements.

I know you mentioned you have extensions...Did you get full head weave? this is they braid all your bio hair and sew in human hair. Some times they do the 'closure' so you can part hair extension any direction.

I'm wearing something like this :)

Not to be rude, but it quite struck me how much worse female hair loss looks - partially due to the hair length, as well as the fact that you don't often see a bald woman. I'm already conditioned to seeing dudes with buzzed scalps with diffuse loss and horseshoes, but the thumbnail of that video just caught me off guard and all I could think of was "Damn :("

Don't worry, it's not rude - it is indeed much rarer to see a balding woman so the shock is greater. It sucks, but it's my reality and I have to do the best I can with what I have… And obviously a hair system beats being visibly bald any day of the week.

I have no issue with a woman wearing a wig, which may be because I grew up in an orthodox Jewish environment.

That indeed, I'd wear one too if it was cool for me as a male to wear one.

down the road this is the place i might go consult with.
They do a wide variety of weaves on a variety of ethnicities.
I know a lot of women in hair industry--colorists and stylists--i just dont feel comfortable yet asking around. If it comes to that time i will.
Im mostly thinking for work--I work freelance so when i am doing a few days here its not a problem--but when i have to work on a project that is like 2-3 months full on hours (sometimes 18 hours)--i can't be fussing with hair i just want a weave thats not going to come off my head like a wig can or powders that rub off etc.

They should do this for men and i 'bet' men get it done but its on down low.

When i studied pilates starting about 10 years ago..Men never were doing pilates
I would see men here and there taking privates--very 'macho' men one was a cop another was a professional athlete they were always hush hush about.
Men did not want to be 'seen' taking class but they took class because its actually a great fuckign workout not to replace weights but in addition it stretches your muscles as you strengthen and it gets all little muscles...

Anyway--i would look into it..just grow hair long enough to braid i would think like 4 inches? and ask around salons if they can do it private.
Its human hair they just cut it down...Women get short weaves. ITs expensive to cut down so much human hair but maybe they can work with you on that i dont know.

Your life is built on excuses

next what? your wrist circumference is to small

No point to lifting! bla bla

To short

Nose is to big

bla bla bla

Don't you see the trend here?

you aint going to do anything because you're weak as piss.

Exactly. If hair loss was my only problem I would gladly get a hair transplant; but as I said many times, this is not the case. Besides, I'm already 24, and it's a bit late to try to do anything. I'd undergo surgery, if I could, though.

yes you can wear lifts and be higher but you will look ridiculous and non proportional

small bones = incel

small bones and gymcelling = incel

stop this bullshit, it is hairloss forum not the f*****g misc or lookism

stop your own bullshit. The only bullshit is the lookism crap that comes out of your mouth, and the crap you preach.

it;s all bullshit, like your theories. to hard to accept the fact being that your incel because of your face, and coocoo mentality.

Small joints is a blessing when it comes to lifting.

your problem is you're so skinny that you think your bones, and joints are the problem. When the real problem is you have no muscularity.

LOL at thinking wrists accompany much wise. Almost entirely muscle.

keeping coping that your bone size is the problem

My wrist size, finger length, and grip strength, is average or slightly below average. It's something I've been conscious of since I was 13 or so, I remember during early puberty waiting for my wrists to get bigger, my forearms to get bigger, and it never came.

I would choose the following over hair any day of the week:

It's not just about looking good, though I know certain people want to just stand there, look like a statue in a museum, and get girls coming to stare at them and worship them without effort. And certainly the man above looks like a beast, an adonis. It's also about practical use. It correlates with muscular potential, and it probably helps during sex if you have more power in your grip. You'll give better massages. The extra dexterity will help when cooking, or holding multiple things at once.

I never got to a point where I could "palm" a basketball, which would have been a good threshold:

Some people are norwood spotters. I'm a forearm spotter. Especially the top part (not the underside) where the genetically blessed show off their cable like tendons, like the dude above.
I've always hated my scrawny arms. I now have a forearm day in my workout schedule.

23 years old here, never touched a woman, never had a job, still living with mom and dont even have an associates yet.

mostly because of baldness, thats so true. i dont even wanna talk about it because its embarrassing as f***, being the stereotypical bald loser.

its definitely a vicious cycle, feel like too much of a loser to leave the house makes you even more of a loser

And yet, still you're a kind guy, who listens to people and doesn't judge. Your day will come.

Two great forearm exercises:

1. Hammer curls - high weight, lows reps
2. Farmer carriers - Medium weight, walk until grip fails

Here is where the importance of wrists becomes apparent. I do hammer curls regularly. The bottleneck is not my forearm muscles, but my goddamn wrists, as in wrist pain.

I have started lifting weights recently. It is not entirely about building muscle for me, but toning up as well. If anything, damn it feels good to list to RATM and take out some anger. I see "incel ecotmorphs" there all the time. I am f*****g proud of them for showing up and not really giving a sh*t (or pretending not to) about what the others around them think. :)

here is some good music to listen too, although, it might just make Dante want to murder full heads

What forearm workouts do you do? I have the wrists/forearms of a 14 year old girl. There's nothing to be done about wrists but forearms can be improved although harder than pretty much any other area from what I've seen.
