Phenibut is excellent for anxiety. Its also dirt cheap and doesn't really come with any side effects as far as I'm aware (unless you massively overdose)

Right now because I am getting a driver's license and I need to attend classes every day (which means spending time with a bunch of people lol) I take 1 gram daily, with a break on the weekends so I don't build up tolerance or addiction. Anything below 800 mg I don't even feel sadly.

It helps me to say things 'right off the bat', without overthinking my replies, and I am more talkative in general.
It's the same effect that a few shots of alcohol would give you, minus the whole being tipsy/drunk part.

Damn son, I imagine your tolerance will build fast like that. I don't take it more than once a week. I don't have anxiety so I probably don't get the full effect, just bought it to see what it was like. Its good stuff with coffee at work - generally more productive, talkative, relaxed.

I used to be superman on that stuff in my own mind. Dosed it like 1-1.5 gram with 400mg caffeine a day for pretty much 2 weeks straight a few years back. Slept like a baby on it too.

Stopped cold turkey though, went into withdrawal. Coming from someone who has experimented and done stuff up to the extreme, let me tell you that it was crazy. I met the devil in that period. But yeah certainly legit stuff as anti-anxiety.

Yeah I've heard the withdrawals are f*****g horrific if you go too hard on it. I don't intend to use more than one day a week @ 1.5g
