You can't grow your wristbones, but you can get one of these. Then maybe girls won't notice your inferior genes.

What forearm workouts do you do? I have the wrists/forearms of a 14 year old girl. There's nothing to be done about wrists but forearms can be improved although harder than pretty much any other area from what I've seen.

Just become a blacksmith. That'll do it.

Reverse curls with a good amount of weight is a good start.

Before you start, the most important thing:
Protect your tendons!

Avoid tendonitis at all costs. To develop forearms, you need to have a horizon over years, not months.
Start off slow, and build up slow. Take periodic breaks, and back off periods.Tendons and ligaments take a long time to get strong.

What I've been doing:
Chin ups, Dumbbell rows (120 pound dumbbells).
Bar hangs
Hammer curls (15 rep sets)
Wrist rollers (I rest my forearms on a barbell at shoulder height). Three sets of 2 reps, 1 rep is up and down.
I used to do sets of 1 rep, those didn't prove effective. 2 reps are killers, and I'm seeing results. I'm only able to do 7.5 pounds. I expect I need to get to 15 pounds to see visible growth. A timeframe of 2 years I guess.
I'm also planning to slowly add in reverse curls. Maybe once in 2 weeks to start off (need to be careful to avoid wrist trouble).
I also plan to increase my bar hangs, these have been adhoc till now.

I started off with the forearms of a 14 year old girl too. Now I have the forearms of an average man.

rows, pull downs and anything back related. Emphasizing on the squeeze will blow your fore arms up.

Concentrated movements like curls, and hammers have there place but I have found nothing decimates my forearms and gives me DOMS every single work out like a good back work out.

You realy want to squeeze your hands so hard that you reach a point during your sets where they start to tingle.

wrist curls are a joke. they are something you add to the end of the work out, but in no way are they the meat and potatoes of developing strong fore arms.

problem with wearing watches, isn't so much wrist size but having pathetically small fore arms. Looks stupid on most guys unless you have a big pair of vascular guns to carry the weight of that watch with.

Could always wear a hoodie every where you go though.

what is the obsession with forearms? you work the rest of your body, your forearms will automatically strengthen.

Its my understanding that they need special attention. At least if you have subhuman forearm genes like me and CF

Forearms will strengthen, but size is hard to come by.

Fred uses a term "inalienable traits". Many dudes can put on some muscle overall. Forearm size belongs in another class. Usually, it are the really strong, or the really genetically blessed who have good forearms.

Exactly. I see dudes who lift less than me. Ripped forearms, veins and tendons popping out.

manual labor? I have forearms like f*****g popeye, and never really lifted weights.. I didn't even know this was desirable. what do women care about forearms anyways? I think it's all about shoulders, chest and biceps.. I have never heard a woman say, "you have such nice forearms".

Wearing shirts with the sleeves rolled up makes the panties drop. You need forearms for that look.

Men's clothing conceals a lot more than women's.

What women can see, assuming normal clothing, is if you have nice forearms/hands and if you have a nice ***.

Beyond that, when wearing clothes, a slim body will look the same as a fit one.

Nobody notices your hair when you have former 8 time Mr olympia ronnie coleman club guns.

While the twinks are fixing there hair, women are groping his muscles. Ronnie also happens to have about 8 children with a series of different women, further adding to his legacy. Spreading his seed as the milk man and walking around with massive pipes.

You can look into picking up a pair of these fellows.
I do a little moonlighting caped crusading on the weekends and these guards do a decent job at
compensating for my minor limb perturbations ( c/o David MPN). ;)

Most women like proportion--same as men.

Forearms is not the equivalent of a really big rack on a skinny girl.

If your naturally slim guy i.e. 'scrawny' you should take advantage of that and get into pilates, power type yoga, swimming--yes lift weights in fact do some boxing--but i would go for lean-sculpted look..plus if you take equipment pilates or yoga you will meet women.

Nice Ronnie Coleman reference. I remember when I used to read Muscle & Fitness all the time, except I eventually stopped since these guys preach natural lifestyles yet they're obviously roided out of their brains. But this is always encouraging to me, that maybe one of these days, I'll feel comfortable adopting that shaved head, muscled up look. Here's a guy who I think pulls off the shaved head very well, Shane Carwin. He's muscled up too.
