His physique is noteworthy.
He's not cut, but he's probably incredibly strong. There is more to fitness than mass/volume of muscle. Those guys also have speed, reaction time, balance, flexibility, hand-eye coordination, body rhythm, etc. It's not immediately obvious looking at them, but I suspect women evaluating them as sexual partners probably notice little details you might miss, particularly when they can see those guys in motion.
Anyway, I did a google search and I found the information for light heavyweight Jon Jones:
His 1-rep max on the bench press is ~345 lbs, which is ~70% higher than his body weight. There are very, very few men out there who can bench ~1.70x their body weight, probably less than 1%.
You might know of men who can bench ~2.70x their body weight, but those men will have less in all the other categories than Jon Jones does.
If your fitness program is only focused on mass and volume of muscles, you don't have a good fitness program. Stabilizers, flexibility, balance, speed, endurance, cardiovascular, etc are all critical.
A heavier deadlift by itself won't make you better at skiing.
