Makes sense. Metabolite of clascoterone is basically a weak corticosteroid. So you should expect similar side effects to using corticosteroids.
didnt try any of them, but i see your reasons (and others response to it). i use sometimes locoidon (which is a weak corticosteroid) nd my Doctor said no more than 3 times a week for 3 months. its a pity cause it works very well for hair

In my forum (Italy) there are countless reports about them affecting hpa axis, but hey, im happy if it works fine for you
yes the forum with trash from china. its kind of funny that they are using this on children in the US yet all these grown *** men get these horrible side effects. really amusing

i predict if cassiopea had nor mentioned about the HPA axis, there would be no reports of it on your forum. it is incomprehensible how middle aged men on hair loss forums can freak out

Without exaggeration, hair loss forums are inhabited by the most neurotic and pessimistic crowd I've ever seen on the internet. Besides maybe the incel guys, but then again, our "The Impact of Hair Loss" subforum seems to basically be an incel forum. Not necessarily excluding myself from that judgement. I wouldn't be here if hair loss hadn't exacerbated/caused a little neurosis.

i think the biggest problem with this drug will be for people with high norwoods. when you are receeding just at the temples for example, you can apply a small amount of this AA. but when you are thinning in a NW6 pattern, you have to apply a much higher amount, more ml of the drug. with finasteride this is not a problem because it is systemically distributed across all hairs, even the donor zone does profit from it in fact. however suppose you are NW5 thinning, all hairs are affected.

either you dillute the drug to have less AA and also less efficacy. or you apply thrice the amount across your entire scalp, risking an increase in systemic absorption.

i could image this to also proof difficult in trials. will there be a max ml that you can apply per day for it to be save like with other drugs? because if so do you have to decide whether you apply it to the crown or the temples? if you hwve 4 times the surface area, it's like applying a much much higher amount on a smaller area which leads to higher systemic impact by their own trial data.

same for Breezula. if you are a thinner not w receeder, topicals in general are pretty shitty and probably will not work for you.

Hydrocortisone is too weak to cause any problems long term, even if you are using it daily. And yes it stops the shedding but does it regrew some hair?
Yes its weak (but still) and no it doesnt give you regrowth, but stops the shedding for real. No Doctor would suggest to use it daily tho
