Exactly, but people on here really go around thinking an AR antagonist will grow back their hair. RU does to a good degree, but I doubt any AR antagonist can beat it significantly. There's a max that can be achieved through this mechanism and RU is pretty much it.
Of regrowth sure, but as a more powerful AA it could do a lot better for maintenance then RU and perhaps even finasteride if it were strong enough. No one should think that these are going to give them significant regrowth unless you're a diffuse thinner.

Also I would assume even someone like yourself on RU would be happy to swap it for something a bit more powerful with actual safety data behind it.

I doubt I'll ever switch to pyr because I can get RU practically for free. I don't see it being better for maintenance even.

Yes, this is the pyrilutamide (KX-826) trial.
He thinks he might be in the placebo group (from his other comments) or that he's had very slight improvement. He says that other people have had more significant improvements. 0 side effects.

Someone else said that the phase 2 trials could possibly conclude by the end of June with data coming out sometime Q3.
I think this would only be effective to maintain hair, not regrow. If you can stack with finasteride and minoxidil you can confidently get a hair transplant and as long as you keep up treatment, you should be good.

Fair enough. I'd be swapping immediately unless the price on this new drug was insane.

Recruitment ended in December so if it's a 6 month trial we'll get results by August most likely, otherwise early next year.

If I'm going to buy something that isn't FDA approved I'd prefer the kintor stuff assuming it's as good as ru and P2 safety looks good. Kinda freaked out by the number of posts of seen of RU users complaining of chest pain.

Don't worry you'll see the same thing with Kintor lol

Hi, anyone know when this stuff could be available on black market ? This stuff could kill CB0301 ( which is to expensive).

because it will be impossible to find or because it will never succeed?
This molecule is likely to be very hard to synthesize, out of reach for underground labs. I assume it’s a PROTAC.

Kill? If its work its pretty much the “cure” for hairloss. (It treat the real problem of male pattern baldness the sensetivty..)

that the real deal but its would take few years untill we even see it , by this time you would lose alot of hair that could been saved by it.
How is CB0301 related to sensitivity? Does it shut down the androgen sensitivity when it is applied topically on scalp?

It blocks the androgen receptor. Nothing that blocks or degrades the receptor is a cure, it's a preventative. If the number of DP cells is below 50% the follicle isn't coming back even if you castrate yourself

How do we see growth on bald scalp from existing treatments then? The DP cells just happen to still be above 50%? Same goes for your regimine, you seemed to grow hair where you didn't have any, how did you replenish the DP basis?

Same goes for MtF transformations. Some people regrow from NW5 to NW2+. How does the DP get replenished?
