hey nice results man...brent werent you the one who had the disclaimer up about people shutting up and just taking the pill and stop jerking off ten times a day and complaining they cant get it up because of the finasteride? or was that someone else? If it was you, you should throw that back up, its so true and a lot of wackjobs on this forum need to hear that sort of talk, theres way too much complaining on this site, finasteride has helped me a ton, im just thankful weve got something these days that can help you maintain and thicken your hair for at least a few more years to come.

Yeah, that was me.. I pussied out and took it down in the fear of getting abuse! Besides, some guys really do get sides.. But yeah, there does seem to be a lot of reckless scaremongering going on, and there is absolutely no scientific evidence to support most of the more severe claims.

I dunno ay.. I definitely have fluctuations in my libido. Last week I tried to quit masturbating for a while, but failed after 2 days! This week I haven't been thinking about sex at all, although I did have amazing sex last night with absolutely no problems at all. I'm 95% that this fluctuation is normal, and possibly exacerbated by my (frequent - 2 to 5 times a day) masturbatory habits which in itself is strong evidence that my libido is UP.

The trouble for me when determining if I've got sides or not is that I can meet a girl and have the worst sex ever (I.E. my dick is "up and down", so to speak), but then I can meet another and smash it so hard I think I'm a porno star!

To be honest, I think I'm just getting used to dirty women and porno, so that when I meet a "normal" girl, it's just a lot harder for me to get turned on. I may be wrong about this.. I'll have to give up the p**rn I guess!

No batting off until the 12th of November, but sex is allowed (if I get lucky). Also no p**rn, and dirty thoughts will be kept to a minimum. If it truly is my frequent masturbation, dirty thoughts, and p**rn consumption that is making me de-sensitised to "normal" sex, surely this will confirm it..

Looks like sh*t.. Good thing I don't walk around with my hair tied back! I put the line in to show you where I think it's improved..

Like I said, the hairline hasn't really moved so much. However, it's improved, and it's at the point now that I can wear it styled in such a way that I feel attractive.

Also, when I point out to people my hairline, they often say things like, "oh wow, I didn't notice until you pointed it out".

Sure, they might be lying to me, but my confidence is back, and I'm getting laid again, so..

I think as long as your hair doesn't look thin and you aren't receeding too badly, you're in the safe zone.

A lot of people are born with NW3 hairlines or thin hair to start with.

You just hit the nail on the head mate. I was a nanny (don't start boys) for most of last year, and one of the kids was 7 years old with more or less a hairline like mine. His temples were covered in little blonde, almost invisible hairs.

So yeah, try to keep it thick on top and hairlines don't matter too much, unless you really want an unoriginal backstreet boy hairstyle, which needs a perfect hairline..

Seriously, you've got to read the forums, it's about 99,999,999 times easier for both you and the others. Any time you ever visit a forum, spend a couple of minutes/hours reading previous posts.

Anyway, to answer your question (and I know I'm late to this), Finasteride is generally the best treatment, take it. Finasteride is made by a heap of different companies. Propecia is the original Finasteride made be Merck. Finpecia is a popular Finasteride made in India by Cipla. They're all meant to be pretty much the same, and I use Finasteride made by Cipla. It's a bit like Cola (Coke, Pepse, etc..).

Amazing results brentx, I'm speechless! Congratulations! It shows, once again, that finasteride works better with younger men, so you should start the treatment as early as possible.

Do try minoxidil, if you aren't using it already. It's completely safe and there are no side effects - maybe just some scalp driness, but you can avoid that if you use the foam.

I rarely hang out on this forum anymore, but I do check back every now and again in the hopes of a breakthrough pill that you take once and get a Brad Pitt hairline within a few months..

I've heard people say that minoxidil has caused them to shed hair permanently, or that if people use it and stop, their hair sheds to a level worse than what it was before they started minoxidil.

this has always made me think twice about using minoxidil, despite the fact that many people have good results with it

In my opinion I don't think it matters. However, I generally take it when I wake up to have a shower. So without food and between 7AM and 9AM. Most of the time I wash it down with the shower water!

If you want to be really a*** about it, you could drink it down with Grapefruit juice to boost it's absorption.
