I also don't know what you're talking about as I feel like I already addressed everything twice including how wrong it is so I guess I'll just requote myself.

What am I talking about? You said it yourself.

" I'm really not getting in to just how bad it is on the wrongness scale, and to what extent it should ruin him"

This is what I'm talking about, I'm genuinely not sure what you're talking about. If it's not about how wrong it is, nor how we should react to it, then what?

You're acting as if everything is black and white and context doesn't matter. Spoiler alert: they aren't and it does.

"Weird", "inappropriate" or making someone uncomfortable are a mile away from infringing on someones rights , genuinely harming them or coercing them into doing something they don't want to.

It's not nothing, It's just not even as bad as cheating on a partner or stealing from someone. It was whipping out a dick with consent when they could have said no or just left (at least that's what the facts we know seem to suggest). It's "wow that's weird and he should apologise and do something about it because he has a problem" but no more than that.

The Japan thing is not with consent, the Louis thing likely is with consent, its just that they didn't enjoy it or want it.

This topic of discussion came up about what "groping" is, and it boils down to the circumstances, and this is no different.

It's as simple as this, if it's not an intimate situation, if it's out of the blue and even in a professional environment, then that to me is an act of sexual misconduct, it's putting someone else in an uncomfortable position when they had given no indication whatsoever they wanted it.

Again, not as bad as wanking on a Japanese train girl, not as bad as whipping it out in front of a kid, but not a big deal? Same principle.

I'm sure those girls who called you gay for not accepting a blow job laughed it off as "not a big deal", and without realising it you're defending that action.

I read back and apologize because I think I did get you mixed up with someone else. I agreed with your initial sentiment and then quoted you with someone else and it went to kafuffle from there.

Lol exactly! Complain about it happening to you and then downplay when it happens to someone else, ironically accusing others of a double standard.

Yes, but also the women.

Imagine if a man called a woman a lesbian for turning down his dick.

That wouldn't be cool.

Well yeah nobody could dispute that. It takes a particular kind of female attitude to be so brazen like that, most would (rightly) feel embarrassed and rejected, in jeanlucs situation it's likely she was covering up that embarrassment in front of her friend.

Which is no defense of course, maybe even makes it worse.

what do you mean by intimate situation?

like they were in a hotel room and (i think?) the women consented, i dont see what was wrong about it. them being in the hotel room together would be the intimate situation, no?

Being in the hotel room making out is intimate. Walking in the door isn't an invitation to whip your dick out.

I did not "move any goalposts and decide exactly what the thread what the thread was about..."

The title of the thread is:
"Louis C.k.: The Impact Of A Bald Man Pulling His Dick Out Without Your Consent"
So that's clear as day.
The first post went on to make a case that these people "took it too far" with Louis, and that his act was one of immaturity and mental illness rather than being one of sexual predation. ...AND we must consider the context of the post. It was posted in "the impact of hair loss" section of a hair loss forum. The implication is clear, Louis was harshly treated in this spate of sexual assault allegations against entertainers.

I disagree that his hair loss made him anymore likely to be accused and then punished by society.
And then I even found a case of a classically attractive model/actor who has also been accused of perversion, and has also been dropped by the networks, and had his tv shows cancelled.
__________________________________________________________________________________________________

when I made my case, first you said "except it wasn't much of a career anyway". This statement does NOT discredit my argument in any way. I have no idea why you would say something this irrelevant in response to my post..

Also, I don't know why your saying he's 'fine'. If he is fine then Louis is 'fine'. (bill burr even said he doesn't believe Louis' career is over.)
That was the 3rd irrelevant thing you said.

I can also predict with a high degree of certainty that you will respond to this post with a 4th statement that is completely logically incoherent.

Wow looks like we have a new frontrunner for dumbest f*** on the forum.

This is what you said

The following example proves that even if you're a GQ worthy model/Actor, Your career would be finnished just as quickly as a bald mans...

This is what I said

"
Except looking at his credits he's had 2 large TV series roles and a miniseries role + a reasonable film role in 2017. Nothing great but doesn't look like his career took a huge hit."

Then you say

The thread implied that being bald meant being more likely to be accused of assault... and as I said, it doesn't matter. I still do.

"I disagree that his hair loss made him anymore likely to be accused and then punished by society.
And then I even found a case of a classically attractive model/actor who has also been accused of perversion, and has also been dropped by the networks, and had his tv shows cancelled."

You're a total mental midget buddy. At least edit the proof of your stupidity out of your posts. You made an argument that didn't support your point stating Ed Westwick's career was over due to sexual harassment. I pointed you to his recent acting credits across multiple high paying ventures and you ignored them and then still said baldness has nothing to do with it. Ed Westwick was also sexual ASSAULT accusation, not inappropriate potential sexual harassment that legally is unlikely to be sexual harassment. Totally different facts, and yet your point was still factually incorrect and didn't support your argument. Despite the FACT that it didn't ruin his career, you're STILL going on about it.

Seriously buddy, I feel sorry for low IQ degenerate scum bags like you. Experiencing balding is bad enough without having to be a total f*****g retard like yourself. Life must be hard for you.

yea but like before they make out, its still intimate, its obvious that they would be alone together in a hotel room for sexual stuff

No dude there were two of them and even if there were only one it's not obvious. That's a rapey train of thought.

lol mate just reading some of your old posts you are definitely one of the absolute bottom of the barrel posters. Writing style and personality about as interesting as a brick wall, bro-science galore talking about logic and science without references to facts or data and and potential autism and brain damage. You're an embarrassment of the highest order bro.

They didn't consent to anything! They just walked in the door and Louie was on th bed naked and jerking it! If you think that's OK you don't understand what consent it.

My IQ is is not in doubt...

You on the other hand are incapable of following a simple chain of logic...

Louis was accused of indecent conduct. He has had his shows cancelled. Are you still with me you arrogant imbecile?
I have resisted the temptation thus far to bring your intellect into this but you are clearly on the wrong side of the bell curve, and it is beyond doubt.

Ed Westwick has also been accused of indecent conduct, and had his shows cancelled. FOCUS! stay with me here...

they are both professional entertainers. they both got the same treatment despite their hair and looks.

And you keep talking about Westwicks movie and tv series. His TV series has been cancelled and the movie was made before the allegations. were you in an accident that gave you brain damage or something, that would explain your stupidity?

___________________________________________________________________________________________________________________

It was you who said "he is fine" regarding westwick.

I humored you by making the case that "IF he is fine then louis is fine"... Thats called a hypothetical. You should research what that means, before you start engaging in debates you f*****g fool.

I used this hypothetical to show that EVEN IF that were the case, the logic that baldness led to a double standard is erroneous.

To be clear, whether you define their circumstances as "fine" or "not fine" is irrelevant. They're both suffering the same consequences for their actions.

___________________________________________________________________________________________________________________

I genuinely believe you have a below average intellect, with your incoherent stream of reasoning, and your inability to detect any nuance in language.

There is only so much time I can spend explaining a very simple point to a retard on the internet, so if the simple argument that I contributed here still is not making sense to you I'm afraid you will just have to spend a few days (or months) deciphering the cryptic code that is mature adult dialogue by yourself. i cannot hold your hand all the way son.

____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________

I generally have a certain amount of tolerance for other peoples failings where I will allow some leeway. But I have to draw the line somewhere.. I draw the line when it is clear that somebody is definitely a dickhead. You are definitely a dickhead.
Once I realize that is the case, there is a simple procedure, i choose not to spend time interacting with people like this. Life is too short to waste time in the company of people like that.

Goodbye JeanLucBB

You're not worth the time but this is probably the stupidest line in this splurge of mentally ill sewage you've made here.

"His TV series has been cancelled and the movie was made before the allegations. "

He had multiple TV series and some still in production. The film was produced AFTER these allegations and the cancellation of the first show. I know you don't really care about facts and your mental illness is probably making it hard for you to follow this, but there you go. No need to lie, it's ok to admit that you're wrong, and that your life has been a waste and made the world a lesser place.

And again, Ed was accused of sexual ASSAULT, not sexual harassment (that legally probably isn't sexually harassment because there was likely consent), these are not equatable situations.

Get help buddy. I think you need a lobotomy and to be locked away, your stupidity is a danger to the world.
