Yes, I do . I hadnt showered in 2 days, but just got out of the shower and only 5-6 hairs were in the drain. I did dry shampoo, gel, and blowdry my hair this morning though before work (12 hours ago) to make it look less greasy, but it's not like i didnt do similar things when i was using zix (b6 + zinc) and I would still shed 20-30 hairs in the shower regardless. Often on zix, after 2 days of not showering I would shed around 30+ hairs and attribute having 50% more hair in the drain than most days to the fact that I hadnt showered. Now with zinc alone I find the shedding after 4 weeks is almost 1/3 of the formulation that I based this thread on.

Id like to think Im seeing hairs on my hairline growing in, but that's probably wishful thinking. Anyhow, it's still super early, since Ive been on zinc alone for barely a month.

So im still monitoring but for me, im starting to believe the following formulation is far more effective.

45 mls distilled water
4 x 220mgs zinc sulfate capsules emptied into the container
15 mls ethyl alcohol

Kind of sucks, because I just dropped $40 on 3 bottles B6 p5p, which i may never use.

After the holidays, I'll up it to 5 capsules, since I wont be home the next 10 days, so there's no point in trying something i cant monitor.

Can't wait for you to try it with Iodine too, hopefully you find us something that can at least maintain our hair for a while.

It's a bit too good to be true. Im not sure when I'll do the iodine. But I know on earthclinic some claim iodine helps with regrowth. I have my doubts. That said I have tried it in the past say 1x times a week and I do recall it made my scalp feel more relaxed. I'll aim mid January I guess.

I’ve only ever used 5% minoxidil once daily. Got good results from rogaine which wore off after like 6 months. Got good results from Lipogaine which lasted me a year. I’ve been using belgravia for 4 months with no results. I need help. I’m thiking about goin back on 5% Lipogaine. But I know something can help me regrow. Either S5 cream or RU or Zix. Overall just wanna get back some ground. I know my hair cells aren’t dead. As I had decent coverage 8-12mo ago. I just need something to help with DHT

The thickening effect is really unbelievable, it's only been a week so I haven't noticed any reduction in shedding yet, the formula I've been using is: 4 capsules of zinc sulfate mixed with 20-30ml of alcohol and 70-80ml of distilled water, applied once a day.

Took a zix break for a few days since I wanted to try hydrocortisone cream. I have tried it yesterday and the day before and man what a b**ch to apply if you still have a good amount of hair... However...

When I was washing+detangling my hair in the shower I found that there were almost no hair shedding... I am used to heaving full shower drains (I have long black hair) and especially when I detangle my hair, a lot of hairs comes out (most them shedding, some of them just broken because of the detangling (very curly hair that tends to get dry). But today I literally had to kneel down to see if there was even any hair in there. There obviously was... but far less than usual.

Just wanted to share with you guys.
