Why are you opposed to group buys?

- - - Updated - - -

I'm debating that myself.

Finasteride sounds extremely risky. I'll get fat thighs, lose my boner, etc.

CB0301 in a group buy means uncertain purity, and $1000/year cost.

You ***got....

Bless you. I guess I can give up hope on this crap. But for real, thank you for the concise summary. I guess my only other question is if this drug potentially preserves the follicles, rather than just hiding the problem like minoxidil. I was under the impression that CB had a mechanism that addressed miniaturization.

so get on Cosmo's placebo; it's safe, cheap and you have 60% chance to either maintain or improve in 6 months! :)
PoC numbers speak loud ;)

Even though I'm disappointed in CB's results for a 2021+ treatment, it does seem to at least be safe and work well enough to maintain if we somehow manage to get our hands on the real deal today.

So that settles it - I just landed a job and will soon be ordering some CB regardless of whether a GB actually takes place. Don't even care if I have to spend 200$/month on this. Nothing else I could spend that money on would really bring me any joy as long as I'm balding anyway.

Surely a key point here is that Minoxidil is a growth stimulant and thus more likely to have a short-term impact, especially over a 6 month period - but for many it is not a long term solution and masks the problem. CB is not a growth stimulant and in all probability its impact would not be as obvious at the 6 month mark, so if its effect in this study is comparative to minoxidil as an Anti-Androgen then I would say it looks pretty promising.

Honestly.... This won't be out for another 5-6 years. Not sure why we care about this

1) It would be great to know that we don't need to be on finasteride/minoxidil for life. If there's a better drug available in five years, that's good news.
2) Some of us don't plan on being dead in 2021, and will still have a lot of life to live.
3) These studies are the best possible documentation of whether or not these drugs work and what side effects you might have. We now know that it is legitimate to buy CB0301 should it be available in a group buy. Prior to these robust studies, vesting in a group buy was pure gambling.

Yeah but it's too expensive

Expensive is a relative term, also some people would not deem it financially expensive if it made them feel better emotionally regardless of typical feelings on price.

just started back on CB will be using it for 6 months at least, also not using any other DHT blocking treatment no finasteride or dutasteride so if CB works i will know. will report back if i see any results.
so how was your experience with CB?

I recommend to read last Cassiopea´s presentation. Have to say, results dont look good.

All doses lost most of their gains at the 12 month mark.

It seems very likely this stuff its not going to be enough long term to stop Androgenetic Alopecia, especially if not used with an ARI like finasteride or dutasteride.

But as a complementary angle to attack its more than useful. I plan to use it my non dermarolling months.

the scientists are out again

@petersonKj Wasnt going to reply given you are obviously depressed and biased.

Im on dutasteride since 2013, so not saying dermarolling alone will keep my hair.

I used RU with dutasteride and it was a a great addition to my regimen, CB is weaker but not by much,

Are you still using RU? Asking because it's not listed on your regimen. I have just ordered it.

No. But only bcs 2 topicals twice per day its too much for me.

Maybe in the near future since it can be dissolved in most common minoxidil vehicles

To check if CB is legit, which quantity does the lab need to use to do the analysis? how many grams or miligrams?
