Actually that's NW5 diffuse. The "a" is when the hairline starts going higher and higher, "v" is vertex thinning.

NW4 is the start of island separation bud, and localized thinning in-between.

NW5 is complete island separation

But what you posted was an example of NW5 since the island was already separated although still a bit diffuse like I mentioned.

Let's just call it NW3 up to a point, anything after that should be medically classified as NWFucked.

When it's over, it's over...time to say good bye and shave it off!

I'd probably get genuinely emotional watching a beautifully orchestrated head shave video to this music (provided the guy is NWFucked of course).

First verse: close up assessment of the situation, pushing hair back, moving it about
First chorus: Buzzing the sides
Second verse: Preening the remaining top, flattening down, showing diffuse
Second chorus: Buzzing the top
Bridge: Preparing the shaving foam
Final Chorus: Biccing the remaining evidence of what was
High note key change at the end: Blow brains out and cut feed to fullhead middle aged Bocelli smiling with milfy English woman

I tried once, I'm simply not capable and not patient enough. Besides, it would be humiliating anyway, since only the result matters.

Maybe you misunderstood. The hairdresser is bald as well. He looked at me with pity, as a fellow bald guy who probably went bald way after his 20s. His daughter was merely lookiing in amusement and disgust.
I don't know how any bald/balding man could be a hairdresser. I'd rather work in McDonald's. That would be my idea of hell.

Mr friends girlfriend brings up the fact that her 20ish year old brother is a receding hair dresser, and just laughs the whole way through telling this every single time, any time that he comes up in conversation.

It must be nice when they first see hair loss on a pretty boy.

Yeah, that's typically how girls get their kicks.

Well this is my best friends girlfriend and they've been going out for a decade so she's become "one of the boys" really, and actually nothing else really shows these signs of wicked bastardness.

Like I always say, people can be wonderfully great 99% of the time and everyone will believe they are great, but when that 1% slips out it shows what they're really like underneath.

But I'd apply that to nearly everyone.

Dude must have balls of steel. Working on the front line like that. surely even if his end product is great, that must effect business.

I just came back from the hairdresser, after having my Norwood 4 hair buzzed down to 2mm as usual. The look on his face said it all. And now I can't even wear a hat anymore.
Why can't you wear a cap?

Ohh... Okay.... So now the hairdresser's daughter enters the picture.
Anyone else? Cousins? Sisters? The family pet?

No he's just kind of a maniac.

But I don't really see the correlation between mis-trust and receding hairstylists, actually I'd personally prefer a bald guy, he probably went through what I'm going through and knows the importance of getting it right.

As far as the majority of the population, nah I definitely think the bic'd hairstylist is a thing, even high-end stylists in London etc. It's probably the only job where your baldness isn't affected, I mean would you expect a heart surgeon to have performed on themselves? It's irrelevant.

I'd definitely take a bald hairstylist over this c*** I mentioned months ago (in bold):

Does anyone else go to the same barbers, who could have 2 or 3 hairdressers there, and some of them know how to help out your situation and some of them don't? It's ****in roulette.

I go to the same place every time and 2 of them know how to finish off the front and temples decently so it doesn't look completely exposed but also like I'm not growing out the front in a flopping combover, they just do the temples around the same length as the top right/left of my head where the horseshoe is kept slightly longer than the middle which is shorter with a fringe. They probably aren't even "helping me out" that's just how it should be finished off, with consistency along the side.

Sorry that's hard to explain, but it is absolutely imperative there's a little bit left in in the temples, the few centimetres of spikey hair makes a world of difference, I'll try and illustrate it with a guy who has a good head of hair:

Calvin-Harris-2.jpg

Now Calvis Harris probably has hair under that little flick at his temples there, but I don't, and the reason this is so important isn't just because of temples being receded (at age 29 it gets away with being "mature") but because my fringe is thin, from side profile you can see right through it, as long as there's no spike of hair to give that illusion the hairline goes right across (of course it's still visible under harsh lighting but 95% of the time it's fine).

But anyway, this one little bastard kid who was probably like 19, would cut along the side of my head, the horseshoe part, all the same length, just snipping a few centimetres to tidy it up, the whole way from the back forward, and then he'd get to the temple, and it was like his target clump to really rip it out with his thumb and index finger, and CHOMP cut right to the scalp. In an instant I knew it's 2 or 3 weeks of constantly checking out how it's looking in every mirror available, at home, in public.

Once I'm pretty sure the woman owner of the place (who's pretty hot by the way) noticed my facial expression as he did it, maybe I'm not the only one who suffered, because she had her own customer but it looked like she was keeping an eye on him especially when it came to that part, on both sides.

He wasn't there long, maybe it was realised he's a baldite exposer, or maybe he was fired for being generally **** at his job, or maybe he's off out there at some other place, exposing hairlines there.

.. the first thing one person said when they saw it..."why'd you cut your hair? You had such luscious locks...now you just have a receding hairline."
Let me guess... It was an obvious female who made this comment?
A b**ch who doesnt know when to shut her mouth.

You went from borderline white knight recently to this. I mean, there is a bit of irony in you calling me disjointed, to be fair.

I agree. I must say that since I started to live by the "always expect the worst from people" rule, my expectations of people (and my opinions of them) have rarely turned out to be wrong. It saved me lots of trouble many times.

I'm the same, that's why I like animals because they always surprise me in ways I could never imagine in the most positive way, people it's always negative. I think I'm ok then someone out of nowhere will move in to my building or next door and will annoy me in ways I could never dream of, I don't want to give examples because even referencing them is giving them more than what they deserve.

With regards to the original topic, here's the top comment on Daily Mail:

"Seriously leave the lad alone!!!! For a man to lose his hair it must be awful and coming to terms with that must be hard also. His hair isn't even bad so stop giving him grief. As soon as he is ready to have it cut then leave him be."

320 upvotes to 15 downvotes.

I have mixed feelings- how are we supposed to hate people if they start sympathising with baldness?! That hatred was such a good release of bottled up anger at society.

Be careful what you wish for. There's no winning.

I agree, in part. But, a bit of nuance here...
I have never had any sympathy for a woman who thoughtlessly puts down a balding man.
Especially if she does it in company.

I rather a girl redpill me than feed me with bluepill, as they usually do.

Unless she said it purely to put me down, or 'for the laugh', in which case I'd call her fat, ugly, or whatever words I imagine would hurt her most. Well I probably wouldn't, but I'd wish I had.
