Just limiting.. You know, there's too much challange. And I'm sure it has cost me a lot of hair; if I had been that disciplined, I'd have probably kept all my hair. So I lost my temples, because they go first, and they also are the most difficult to regain.peter079 said:Redwhiteblue, are you saying that you have not had SA for the last 20 years?
Or are you just limiting SA?
if I had been that disciplined, I'd have probably kept all my hair.

Ok so I saw the first page of this article thread and I just have to say something after I saw some negative reactions. I have some hairloss and I did the same type of experiment the thread starter did. Instead of Revivogen or any other hair regrowing formula, I used Black Castor Oil shampoo and lotion. I started taking multi vitamins. For about a month of no sexual activity, I would lose less amount of hair, and I started regrowing hair on the parts of my hair that I lost. I'm pretty sure it's regrowing because of no sexual activity...
So I'm curious, every time I see someone get mad about masturbation being the cause, I don't see much of an evidence being shown? And since DHT causes the hairloss, and masturbation turns testosterone into DHT, I'm pretty sure that example vs. anger, I'd see... I'm pretty sure the example is more compelling.
And yes, I've tried this multiple times. Different months, on and off. Everytime I'd have any sexual activity, with or without the Castor oil and multivitamins I used, I'd still lost more hair than normal..
Also I'll note that it's different for everyone as well. My diet is stirctly anything with Omegas, Vitamin c&b's. Alot of Acai juice and teas C:
So yea, good diet as I take my road to regrowing my lost hair~ It's working so far on what I'm doing.
I... doubt Placebo will do much. That's an inert pill?Placebo
if your hairs are thinning(miniaturization) that's the definition of male pattern baldness. If you are not thinning then you have another kind of alopeciaI see, though that might be due to Male Pattern baldness perhaps? Since I'm sure no matter how high libido you have, Male pattern baldness would still cause you to lose hair. But with me, it's been regrowing, so would that mean I don't have Male pattern baldness, at least not fully? And I'm considering checking my testosterone levels as well, to find out why I lose less whenever I don't have any activity..
