I know I'm a little late to the party but it seems like large doses of Setipiprant work better.
I've seen the name OC000459 (think that is right?) floating round. Apparently it does the same thing but requires smaller doses and I thought I had read that it also has a good safety profile, similar to Seti. (don't take my word though, I am no chemist).
Why has no one bothered or was this a dud that everyone has forgotten about and I'm just late to the party?

There's information on OC####### and TM####### floating around, but it's hard to collect. It seems like one would have to spend a day collating it to figure out what to do. I just know a few miscellaneous anecdotes, I don't have enough of a picture to decide if I want to buy it.

Seti, OC and TM all do the same thing - they're CRTH2 antagonists - the receptor for PGD2 which is implicated in male pattern baldness.
Seti is cheaper than OC and as it has more studies, the safest. It's the only one in clinical trials for male pattern baldness at this time.
OC has also been through human trials and is quite safe. It's stronger but generally works out more expensive at current prices.
TM is way more powerful than either, providing an insurmountable blockade of the receptor with a longer half life. But it hasn't been studied in humans so who knows what off target side effects you could get. You won't hear much about it because not many people have tried it.
