Man what I would give to be "bald" like this lol.

You mean you would give anything to be half bald? Wow, that's a strong statement but to be honest, you never gave the impression of being very smart. I mean, you'd still have to wear your precious hat 24/7.

Umm, if I had your "lack of hairloss" a hat wouldn't be within 50 feet of me unless it was a REALLY sunny day or a really cold day (ski hat). I would just buzz it down and I would NEVER post on a site like this. That's how minimal it is.

Ok ghg your right, your as bald as the bottom of my ball sack

So the bottom of your ball sack (at least one of them) has some hair but you can't grow it out and style it? If so, I guess you're right.

Well a tight haircut is obviously a good choice for you as you don't look bald with it.

he's not balding, or even thinning. he's a hyperchondriac :woot:

EXACTLY. If anything he might have some slight thinning. If the day ever comes where he really does go bald, he will understand what we are talking about.

Norway or something. Didn't you say there are alot of bald people where you live and that public perception of them is very forgiving, GHG? So why would you be as upset as you are considering your level of loss? Could it be because anyone can be disturbed by their hair loss regardless of where they live? :dunno:

Yes definitely.

But if it occurs in a society that 'accepts' it, then the blow is much less damaging, since you're probably not being reminded of it every day.

GHG, takes some current photos of your head and post them here. Then you can silence the critics. The gauntlet has been thrown down.

Finland. And yes, it's not actually that bad when it comes to public acceptance of hairloss here. I never hear any comments... but the comments wouldn't really mean much if only I could accept it myself. The scandinavian genes are usually very bad when it comes to hair. But, none of my friends are balding and it makes me mad when they're taking their hair for granted. For example one of my friends complains that he's "probably balding" 'cause he loses some hair sometimes. But I know it's because of all the gel he uses, I mean he cakes that stuff on, he hasn't lost a single hair permanently.

Why does this thread along with HP's and UM's always seem to get resurrected? Are people that bored?

Here's a photo from about 3 months back:

The problem with photos is that they don't tell the truth, especially if you take a picture in a normal light (which isn't above your head) and from infront of your face. My hair always looks ok in pics but when I look at it under a normal bathroom light it isn't that good anymore...most hairs are whispy, almost colourless hairs on top and the sides are as thick as ever... the contrast doesn't look very good. I'm done taking pictures of my hair from top, it's not worth the pain seeing the naked truth. My hair is about 1,5cm - 2cm in the pic. And oh yeah, to gboy2k, stop whining about your f*****g "big" forehead. I'm not complaining about mine either although it's like twice the size of yours. It's just what it is.
