I would imagine the cost of replacing them is pretty much the same as getting them done in the first place, which may explain why we see some truly awful enhanced breasts on women in their 30's, also in p**rn, they just never got them replaced (and with some complications, they can't, and are stuck with them).

Anyway I think it's a lot less desirable than it used to be, probably the female mind envies a large bust to accentuate the figure, but they also realise that to the male mind it makes very little difference. If we're attracted at all then small boobs won't matter. I actually think most women who get enhanced do it to be the envy of their friends or keep up with their large breasted friends, it's got nothing to do with us.

If she's attractive with small breasts she's already attractive, nonetheless she will be more attractive with a good implant job, it can also transition a plain girl to a hot girl. I do agree that women often get it done for themselves, their own confidence, desire to keep up with other women, and ability to wear clothes. There are a lot of tops that only work on women with small boobs, and a lot that only work on women wth big boobs. Women talk about that nuissance often.

You're saying that less women are coming out with the statement of needing to get their boobs done, but in fact it is the first or second most common cosmetic surgery in the USA, the other being botox. There are 300,000 women a year getting implants.

Hair transplant?

They're different.

1) You often need to maintain after with continual use of drugs;
2) It seems the surgery has a modest success rate, with a huge number of butcher operations going on;
3) Absence of hair is a disfigurement, whereas healthy hair doesn't make you sexy, it merely prevents you from being unsexy. In that sense hair is not equivalent to a good frame, muscles, strong hands, and so on.

I disagree. For me actually, implants count as a negative as I would always have to be careful not to damage them. And I've never seen boobs transform a plain girl to a hot girl.

I disagree. A good hair transplant can transform someone's appearance immeasurably. Hair has a much bigger cosmetic impact than breast enlargement imo.
