And potentially could work for me also. Topical Bica+17α would be an extreme combination.

Do you think if i do bica + 17a estradiol I could drop oral dutasteride? Or it will be a fail? I'm really curious about my T levels now.
Well, I used Pantostin/Ell-Cranell, for about 3 months, but:
1) So alcoholic! It was drying my scalp so much, and my hair were feeling so bad in texture.
2) Low dosage. 0.025% I believe it’s not very good
3) I saw a bit reduction on my shedding.
4) But I believe with better vehicle and higher concentration, something could be achieved.

I wouldn’t try that. You need a 5ARI.

Exactly. 5ARi+minoxidil it’s the base. You have the base and then you build up on that. You need the DHT blocker.

My suggestion according to the Test
1) 17α-Estradiol 0.1%-Red->You need high dosage
2) Oral Dutasteride/Topical Dutasteride (You can do oral and topical combo if you want—Oral Dutasteride+Topical finasteride, for example).—Both isoforms are doing damage to you. So, Dutasteride>Finasteride for BOTH isoforms.
3) You might want oral Minoxidil, because Sulfotransferase is not very good for you.
4) Something for the ACE activity because it’s a RED one.
I mean, you have so many options. Are you on a regimen right now?

Yeah I'm on oral dutasteride 0.5mg daily, Oral minoxidil 4mg daily and ketoconazole 2% daily and my hair loss is accelerating each day. Is 0.1% 17a estradiol a high concentration? Isn't minoxidil effective for ACE?
What?! That’s horrendous… If you don’t have some inflammation you can remove ketoconazole, or don’t use it so often. I believe 0.1% is a good starting concentration. If you can find someone to compound, you can increase it later.

Yeah that's why I'm starting bica, there is no much hope for me..... I actually feel very depressed. I have scalp aches almost every day too.......
