Strongly reduced aromatase enzyme activity. Does that mean less side effects from AA?

Introduce topical Finasteride/Dutasteride for better scalp DHT blockade. Aromatase here plays a big role. You need to tackle that!

But isn't bica just better if I already have low aromatization??? And also 17a estradiol.

Topical Bica/Bica in general would be very interesting. But, I wouldn’t sacrifice my big “guns” yet. You can try 17α first.

Also, check white peony root extract. Women are using it because it’s being said that is increasing aromatase activity by converting Free T to E. I keep that in my mind. I know it’s a “natural” , but it’s something for this purpose. That’s why I mention it.

22. I started balding aggressively from 16…
I'm 22 too....... I started at 16 too, not that bad but I just check photos and I can now spot the start of baldness. I lost almost 50% of hair from when I was 20.

How likely is 17a estradiol works on my case? I've heard is not that powerful.

I heard that too, but check my research, it’s seems to doing something, and since I am in the same situation, according to my Test as well, it’s better than nothing.

All I want right now is to stop the shedding. I just don't want to waste more time or it will be too late.

Introduce topical 5ARIs. I started topical Finasteride first before I moved into the combination of both, and it gave me pretty good results, at least my hair were growing somewhat steady and feeling thicker. Also, my DHT itch went away within first week. I knew that it was doing something. You need to address scalp DHT further. Imagine that your low aromatase is contributing as well to your scalp DHT!

So you suggest me topical finasteride + 17a estradiol + oral dutasteride + oral minoxidil? All of them every day ofc. I got 0.5% topical finasteride prescribed but I didn't buy it because I thought it would be usseles.

Well, 17α from the studies seems to do that. It’s mainly reduce shedding, but since you are using all the others treatments, this aromatisation could possibly enhance everything. Example with Minoxidil+Finasteride. Combination it’s always better than monotherapy.

Yes, something like that. Topical finasteride 0.25%, etc. Keep oral Dutasteride.

I could try this, I have nothing to lose tbh. I like the idea because if nothing works, I always have bica there.

Topical Finasteride 0.25% decreases scalp DHT by ~71%. That’s pretty good if you consider that I used only 0.05%(5 times less) which inhibits ~52% and I got results.

Exactly! Hold your big solutions for a bit later. I wouldn’t sacrifice them yet as I said.
