Topical Bica/Bica in general would be very interesting. But, I wouldn’t sacrifice my big “guns” yet. You can try 17α first.

I'm 22 too....... I started at 16 too, not that bad but I just check photos and I can now spot the start of baldness. I lost almost 50% of hair from when I was 20.

I heard that too, but check my research, it’s seems to doing something, and since I am in the same situation, according to my Test as well, it’s better than nothing.

I started topical Finasteride first before I moved into the combination of both, and it gave me pretty good results, at least my hair were growing somewhat steady and feeling thicker. Also, my DHT itch went away within first week. I knew that it was doing something. You need to address scalp DHT further. Imagine that your low aromatase is contributing as well to your scalp DHT!

Well, 17α from the studies seems to do that. It’s mainly reduce shedding, but since you are using all the others treatments, this aromatisation could possibly enhance everything. Example with Minoxidil+Finasteride. Combination it’s always better than monotherapy.

Topical Finasteride 0.25% decreases scalp DHT by ~71%. That’s pretty good if you consider that I used only 0.05%(5 times less) which inhibits ~52% and I got results.
