wow 71%? That's more than oral dutasteride actually. How much DHT does 0.5% decrease?Topical Finasteride 0.25% decreases scalp DHT by ~71%. That’s pretty good if you consider that I used only 0.05%(5 times less) which inhibits ~52% and I got results.
Yeah I have 0.5% topical finasteride prescribed. I only need 17a estradiol prescribed too, but it will be easy because my trichologist is good and he will prescribe it to me.If you can manage to find a pharmacy to make it for you, it would be great.

WOW. Why do we use oral dutasteride if we have this then? It actually decrease more scalp dht than dutasteride
Topicals can be great. I always believe in topical solutions. Of course, oral+topical seems the best combo for me if someone can handle the side effects.WOW. Why do we use oral dutasteride if we have this then? It actually decrease more scalp dht than dutasteride
Also topical finasteride + oral dutasteride would work different.Topicals can be great. I always believe in topical solutions. Of course, oral+topical seems the best combo for me if someone can handle the side effects.
I thought oral minoxidil could handle that. Which vasodilator do you recommend? I think I should add thing slow, otherwise I won't know what is working.Check you ACE as well! You know that vasoconstriction can lead to a reduction of your minoxidil efficacy. This test seems to get everything right. As I said, I was amazed when I done this test by the accuracy and what I experienced as well. You need extra vasodilators.
If I'm honest with you, I'm that desperate, I don't care about that now.Well at least your peepees work well
Yes, for now focus on the others first.I thought oral minoxidil could handle that. Which vasodilator do you recommend? I think I should add thing slow, otherwise I won't know what is working.
Btw how is your hair loss going? Have you been able to maintain? What is your current regimen?Yes, for now focus on the others first.
I lost ground, mate, and I am still losing. A miracle happened and I got pretty good results. I thought like a fool that I would have won some time, but oh my, how fool I was. Balding aggressively it’s horrible… I tried different things. I am trying as much as I can and I will keep trying no matter what! Now, I am trying to get a customised solution according to my Test results. Check here my thread:Btw how is your hair loss going? Have you been able to maintain? What is your current regimen?
I've read it and you didn't get any conclusion. I'm confused in what is your regimen right now. If we have a similar case, why do you think it could work on me? I just don't want to waste time, because time at this moment is crucial.I lost ground, mate, and I am still losing. A miracle happened and I got pretty good results. I'll do a blood test tomorrow or friday. When I get my results, I'll decide what to do next. Thanks for all the suggestions.Oral Finasteride+Topical Finasteride+Topical Minoxidil.
I’m just suggesting according to the test as well. I think they would be good additions to your stack. It’s up to you, though.
