I was never attacked on my looks in high school, well, for stupid sh*t like my clothes or my hair cut.

But it was never harsh and it didn't bug me one bit.

That said, high school still fucked me up a bit because I was socially awkward, and quite shy.

I still got by but I hated these moments when I was quiet and the extroverts around were telling me:

"Come on, try to make a complete sentence!" "He just doesn't speak!"

That was always my worst offense: being quiet.

I guess most introverts will understand the struggle.

Nothing worse than when you have a rare social moment of speaking and one of your friends says something stupid like "so he speaks does he?".

Just trying to put you back in your place.

I'm no longer quiet anyway, I'm introverted but back then I also had social anxiety.

I was talking about pre 20. The kind of mocking Dante gets I haven't seen since then. Certainly not at work. We all still rip the piss out of each other, but not in the same way. It's very rare things get nasty with us now. If someone slagged me for balding (in a putting me down sort of way), for instance, my other friends would definitely not laugh and would stand up for me. Unless serious sh*t is going down in which case it's essentially a fight.

You have no insight into how Dante dresses though. Those were home pics, people don't dress up when they're at home, unless they're retarded.

I typically walk around my apartment in gym shorts and a tshirt. That doesn't mean I wear that to work or when going out.

Mostly you and DBW.

BH also knows exactly what needs to be done in his life, he was actually similar to Dante in that he was excessively hard on himself. However, in the case of BH it would take him a couple days to nail a 6+ if he had more of a will.

Also, if you have nothing constructive to say to Dante, BH, etc, you have the legitimate option of just saying nothing. Let them deal with their problems. You're nobody's mother.

Either way, your hate patrol accomplishes nothing.

It's also weird that you spend a lot of time talking about other people, and never about yourself. Perhaps you're afraid that anything about you that can be construed negatively will be used against you. Perhaps, given that, you should be a better citizen around here.
