I've had acne on my upper back for fifteen years and it's such a pain to get rid of. It just f*****g persists.

Right now, in the shower I rotate between benzoic acid cream and salicyclic acid cream. Following the shower I apply leave-in adapalene lotion. It doesn't kill the acne fully it just lowers it to a more acceptable level.

I was applying zinc oxide + castor oil leave-in cream from Kenkay for a while, I think it was helping, but I didn't get around to buying another container. I just got motivated to order two containers.

But of course nothing will cure my acne. It will just converge at a lower level.
