TBH I can kind of see where gascoigne is coming from. Personally, thinning hair is a 100% female related thing for me. If I had a wife and kids who didn't have a problem with me losing hair, I wouldn't give a sh*t what everyone else thinks. It's not like being bald is some kind of rare deformity or something.

Thanks God. At last some truth and healthy logic.

Indeed, sure baldness is a burden, but to think that society wants to get rid of you purely because of your lack of hair is ridiculous. I see so much bald(ing) guys out there living a fulfilling life, contradicting all of the doomsday scenarios in this section.

What a refreshion.

Oh the irony of someone with barely any hairloss at all coming on a forum and telling a bald man how he should feel.

There is no need for you to be stupid Saf. I used to rate you as clever and ineligent user.
Begining of hair loss, or NW5 - there is no essentially difference.
Why? In my own example, my hairline is receeding and many friends and girls are asking me what is going on and most of that directly od indirectly comment that i am going bald. SO, WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE?
My confident is ruined, and it wont go back.
Ok, i know i may pull of in next 3,4 years, but then what?
I will still be very young with 26,27, wont i ?
And that will come i no time, delude i myself with refusing to think about hairloss or nor.
Then what? For 90% of girls, developed NW3 is considered as bald men.

Are you managing to catch his pure logic?

If you ever get to NW6, you'll understand my point. Every bald guy looks at your situation and laughs. They know the difference between NW2 (you) and actually having no hair on your head.
If As you claim all women see you as bald then how come there are women who fail to recognise the hairloss in guys like Ed Westwick on the other thread? Just go on a youtube vid dedicated to Jude Law no women are discussing his hairloss as far as they are concerned he has hair ontop of his head he is'nt bald.

Just let him be wrong. I'm done trying to explain myself to morons. Not everyone is meant to "get it". I'm not going to waste anymore energy on him. I suggest others follow suit.

No single argument there. Just : you will undestand later tips.
As a clever man you should be aware that mentioning celebrities in this story is prettty stupid. There is tottaly different mechanism of attraction when it comes to popular people. Is irelevant. I am no lying about my expirience.
Is sure that i can pull of in further 3,4 years, but since my sampras hairstyle and texture, before 28 i will be considered bald.
How can i be happy for that? You are bald now, i will be in 5 years, what is the essential difference?

Done argueing with this clown. He is the oracle on all things looks and hair related. No matter how many other people disagree. Nw2 is as bad as being bald, all women can spot the slightest recession and see it as bald, George Michael is the ultimate male ect ect ect .....

Why cant you talk with arguments? Stop twisting my words.

NW2 IS NOT AS BAD AS BEING BALD!!! Never said that.

Beeing aware that 22years old boy is SURELY going to be NW4 (BALD) by his 28, and being 30 years old and bald, is ESSENTIALY same.

Most girls ( 70%) in real life do spot moving and thining from NW1 to NW2 on their friend, schoolmate, boyfriend, cousin....
Most girls (70 %) consider developed NW3 as bald.

Would be happy to hear contra arguments.

Example: Pete Sampras was clear NW3 2-3 years ago when i used to talk about him much. 90% girls considered him as bald.
For an 40-50 years women he is not bald.
I am talking from position of young, 19-24 years old girls.

^ Dude, you are just plain wrong. There are no opinions on the matter, women think guys with a NW3 as having hair, and guys that are NW4+ as bald. Now, if you are talking about a diffuse NW3, then I could see your point. Look at Daniel-Day-Lewis, he is a solid NW3, yet nobody considers him to be a "bald guy". Or Ed Westwick, obviously has male pattern baldness, but women dont notice. Since hairloss doesnt affect them, they only notice extreme cases. At most, they might think the guy just has a "high forehead", or a "weird hairline".

A standard average NW2-3 male very rarely looks as badly diffused as Sampras, that's a poor example.

NW3 recession with decent to good density on top looks normal to the overwhelming majority of 19-24 yr old girls.... Although obviously if you choose to slick your hair back in that oldman style then it's going to make you look balder and older than you actually are.

I've never had comments about my NW3 from any young girl except my ex gf, who naturally enough had months to study, analyse and compare my hair with others... Other girls simply don't notice that level of hairloss unless you have a really crappy haircut/style which makes it look obvious.

That Daniel Day guy is still NW2 with very high forehead.
Ed Westwick is developed NW2.

This guy is nice example of true NW3, and he have no vertex spot.

NW3 have no frame, its all about frame.

Well since my Sampras hairstyle and texture i cant make any other shape than natural, slicked back oldman style. And is very obvius, trust me Primo.
On the other hand, when man buzz of his NW3, then he give impresion of even more bald man.

Thank you for your comment abou "good looking guy". I had problem with that confession here. Thank you for your advice also, but, no matter how my hair thick and dense is, i am 22 and surely started to loosing it ( i posted my pics on few topics). By the time i am 26-28, i will lose majority of front hair, so i cant se how can i be relaxed and go out looking for girls.

Because you cant let things that *might* happen in the future dictates how you act at present.... right now you have good hair, you can go out and enjoy life!

you know that some day you will die too right? so whats the whole point of living right now if we all gonna die eventually?!?!? ... can u see my point now?

and Barcafan, dont be a smart *** "because people are different" duuhhh'... but common logic isnt...

Love how he quotes his own statistics as if its somehow scientific fact, I'd bet he's barely talked to a girl outside of his own family. But somehow he's got universal knowledge of exactly how women think. :jackit:

Although I could be wrong:

"Excuse me, my names Gascoigne and I'm doing a public survey on Norwoods, could I have a moment of your time"?

Nice joke, that is something i approve and find ok. I laughed too.

But, about my quotes. I am sorry if i act overconfident, but i try to be precise and economic in using words.
Its not truth that i didnt talked to girls beside my family, i dont even have female relatives in this part of country.

I stated second couse 6 people i know spotted my thining front, and i am just entering NW2.
I stated third after more then 30 enquires (in approx. one year time) on Fb female friends, everyone gave me an answer about pictures i showed in that enquiry "what do you think about his hair". Apart from that direct opinions, in last 3 years i constantly hear girls and women commenting NW3(in later stages) as bald men, and MANY girls and ladies shouting "oh he is bald" only by seeing SMALL bald spot on vertex and NO recession on front (example: Zidane at very start of his male pattern baldness).

Those are strong, real life evidence, and i have no reason to make it up. I am in same sh*t as rest of you, and would be treated unfair for my hairloss in approx. 3 years from now.

I would be happy if you could give me some strong contra opinions. All the best Saf, i like you on this forum.
