I think 99% of this depressed suicidal forum users would give eveything for infinite donor and not being bald anymore even if it is not fully looking natural.
it will look very natural maybe not 100% but its going very natural to the untrained eye.

Even if it doesn't look natural, beats being bald. Plus some surgeons are absolutely boss nowadays they just need enough donor hair.

Good density, but that hairline looks fake to me. Now, most people won't notice - or would they?

Regardless, a protocol that requires a transplant is suboptimal to say the least. They are costly, time consuming (most transplanted units don't grow into a cosmetically significant strands of hair until many months after the procedure, and if you started out with a lot, it all has to be shaved off), painful, and there is tremendous variation from doctor to doctor. As previously said, it beat being bald, but things like Replicel and Follica are a much more elegant solution. Personally, I'd rather take a minimally invasive protocol that can deliver 25-30% (absolute, not baseline) regrowth than a protocol that can produce unlimited donor hair for transplants.
Is your current situation similar to the guy I the picture? I wouldn't be able to tell at all unless someone actually out the idea in my head but I guess I'm not a hairline conesoir either. I'll take a stab and say that perhaps the only reason it looks unnatural is because they used hair from the donor area which hair shafts are generally thicker then natural bangs I believe? Anywho specific details on why that does not look natural would be appreciated.

Yeah if I saw that guy out on the street I would assume it was his natural hair because there's no obvious signs it isn't and how many hair transplant guys are there walking around? Odds are it's natural. When you know its a transplant before you look at it and you're studying it for flaws is totally different then when non-hairline obsessed people are unaware of it.

It only becomes obvious and unnatural when your existing hair continue to thin and bald, leaving a trail of transplant that form an odd pattern.

This looks amazing, not sure how people here are seeing this negatively

Is it just me or do FUT results seem to come out consistently denser looking than FUE? My views on FUE over FUT have been shifting somewhat lately. Starting to see FUT in a much more positive light

Yeah it's a general rule that you get better results with FUT. However the big drawback is the linear scar. It's a big turnoff for a lot of people. But if your main priority is just maximizing your result, then FUT is the way to go. Pros and cons.

Yeah generally speaking FUT produces consistently high yields and good hair health compared to FUE, comes down to the method of extraction. Being able to dissect the strip under microscope and having visibility of the whole graft while they do it vs punching blind down into the skin and pulling the graft out from the scalp. The grafts undergo more stress and damaging forces during FUE, basically there's more opportunity for something to go wrong.

Doctor choice is still crucial though, hack doctors/clinics still can botch a strip procedure and top FUE ones can produce really good results. And yeah the strip scar is obviously not ideal but the idea is that it's covered by hair so it may as well not be there. Most people have never even seen their scalp before, if you magically put a strip scar on them they'd never know it was there until they shaved their head, which most don't ever do.

Some transplants look good and all, but I want something that doesn't involve all the headache of surgery. That is a lot of $, maintenance, and down time
