If you live in Japan, you do not have to consider all these travels expenses. You can visit a clinic a few times a year, paying a couple grand or so a visit and get whatever that gets you for hair. Especially for people who aren't high NWs, it's feasible to do something like this. Just as it is practical for me to get multiple hair transplants done over the span of a few years in Canada than it is for me to travel halfway around the world to do the same.

I understand traveling is going to cost money ive understood your point. The cost for travel would only be a small fraction of the actual operations cost however especially if we go off this threads best guesses. If the operation alone were to be 55 or 70k taking out small loans or saving up 10 20k at a time is still work its takes time and all adds up even if you are doing it in increments. Are Japanese more wealthy on average then Canada or America I would think they'd be near the same?
