I thought it was after two weeks? I am very confused though. I am sleep deprived today
You got the best out there.
Most people here went for the 12 needles. The length is set on the device, from 0.25 to 3 mm I believe (I'm waiting for a stamp).
Don't be afraid to ask.
Hope that helps!
Best of luck, man.

Keep us posted. And remember that, at 1.5 mm, the frequency is weekly and, at 2 mm, the frequency is twice monthly.Cheers dude.
EDIT: And it's ordered, derminator 2 and 10 cartridges. Hopefully I'll be able to actually use it

My hair loss is the same. It's worse on one side than the other. Those small hairs on my left temple definitely seem to be growing longer, but it's a really slow process. Just don't understand why the right side isn't the same. Then again nothing about this bullshit disease make sense.
Is this with minoxidil? One thing I have definitely noticed: the itch is back with a vengeance. Dunno if that's a good thing or not
I've been bleeding more. Took me a few sessions to bleed at all. I actually think I overdid it last session cause I took pictures of my crown and was shocked cause there was quite a bit of blood. But I touched it and got no blood on my fingers so not really sure.Did my second session few hours ago. Went by faster since I was more familiar with the process. Have you guys noticed anything changing in terms of bleeding or redness increasing/decreasing as you guys continued? I saw a few pages back someone was bleeding more (which appears to be a good sign as more blood vessels forming?) but my blood spots were about the same or less. Redness still horrible so back to a baseball cap for two days.

Can you please link me to the female forum? Are they in French?I did a one hour session at 2mm. I never bled, even with pressure applied on the pen. I even tried at 2.25mm and got no blood. My skin is thick, even for a male. I got local bumps over my head (they all disappeared after 24 hours). My skin gets pink (it's only red for 2 hours) and the redness can't be seen by the others the next day.
It should be noted that each skin is unique and reacts differently. Some will bleed a lot. Some won't. Some will get very red. Some will only get pink. Some will have bumps. Some will not. Some people will feel it very painful. Some won't feel much pain. The only questions one should should ask to himself are "does it look like erythema (mild redness) ?" and "Did I cover all my allopecia ?".
Beside this topic I read a lot of womens' forum. They know everything about microneedling. Those who are seeking informations should read these forums. You will learn a lot. From girl to girl, the reactions vary a lot. Don't worry too much if your reactions are different from the ones you can read here. Also, it should be expected that your skin will have whole new reactions after some time. The wounding process seems to reshape your skin (the reshaping starts immediately after the treatment and keeps going even after a whole year according to reknowned dermatologists).
