Looks alot better in my opinion. Your case is still kinda discouraging because of the time length and the fact you've been needling too for 5 months.
Cant believe how stubborn hairloss can be. Do you see no difference since you started needling? There was a study that showed that people who failed to gain hair on finasteride and minoxidil, had sucess simply by adding needling.

I do see improvement but really slow. Right now I feel my hair looks like when I started needling, but for the past two months I was really excited by the looks of my hair.
I'm sure this is just the typical worsening before improving

I noticed increased shedding when i started needling, but only after several weeks after it. Like any working hairloss protocol, its gonna make you shed, yes.
But 0.5mm is too tiny to do anything for your hair, so you are just imagining it.

Fantastic results for just 3months, very nice. Your hair loss pattern looks like Deffused thinnin/loss and you’ve recovered a good amount, although your crown area will take longer to fill-in so keep at it!

Yes, first 2 months i used MezoRoller 1mm 194 needles everyday, but it was VERY painful for me, so i bought cheapest DermaPen from Aliexpress, and this is really much better, no pain at all

But i was focused on the front (60-70% of minoxidil and DermaRoller activity), to the crown i paid less attention (30-40%)
Im pretty sure that needles played a huge role in my progress (increased absorbtion), a lot of black hair on my face and hands confirm that
