Quincy Jones is banging all the hot broads
the social network. relates heavily to what we talk about here with looks, success, dating, and the rat race. but depicts it in a sad pathetic but also very dramatic way. like how we get so invested in it all. and how it ruins and creates lives.Melancholia was a great freakin movie
Any other recommendations?

not sure why his daughters looks very white tho
If you were a guy, would your type be light skinned black girls?
You have a very specific taste in men and women
I'm attracted to white brunettes the most, though i like all different types really
yeh blonde women never appealed to me that much. Also the more "barbie" like they look the less interested I am. The reason is rarely does someone who tries so hard to look like someone else (be it barbie or Kim Kardashian, i mean what is up with women caking make up on trying to look like her) have a genuine personality; most often than not they are so self-absorbed they can't seem to look away from their own reflection in the mirror and their social feeds are endless versions of selfies of them making the duck face. the world is a strange f*****g place nowadays...
Can you tell me how you did this? Before I herniated two lumbar discs (badly) a couple of years ago..

I didn't read through all these, but am VERY curious why there is very little mention of nature.
- get a kayak and go fishing out in a beautiful lake surrounded by trees.
- get a dog and go for long walks in the woods, find a beautiful forest and just sit still and meditate.
- get a mountain bike and blaze some single track trails... etc
You do realize we have evolved in this environment over hundreds of thousands of years.
want some peace of mind? go out and do what you're evolutionarily conditioned to do.

You do what for fun??Not my era either lol. Though from time to time I do the f*** face for fun
Lapsus maybe
Thanx for that.I don't know, honestly. It wasn't one thing where I had a sharp pain and was like "ouch, my back!" Smart money is probably on the time that I tried to incline leg press 1050 pounds for reps (I was doing 3 sets of 12 at 850 pounds, for reference). All I noticed was that one day I couldn't use my left calf muscle anymore (it just literally wouldn't work), so I couldn't stand on my toes, for instance. Then several days later I began having a dull ache in my lower back and excruciating pain down the left leg, and half of my left foot went completely numb. This lasted for about 4 weeks, then got a bit better for the next few weeks. I was 80-90% recovered within 2 months and fully recovered within 3.
Three doctors (two orthos and a neurosurgeon) who looked at my MRI's said that they couldn't believe that I was able to recover from it without intervention (no injections or surgery or therapy), as usually people who have that degree of herniation need multiple surgeries, and even then they usually don't fully recover. My herniations were actually what they called "extrusions," meaning the discs were completely outside the spinal column. They said that somehow my body was able to pull them back into the proper position. They were very shocked. You know it's a bad herniation when the neurosurgeon pulls up your initial MRI and the first words out of her mouth are "wow, that's a doozy!" lol.
I attribute at least some of my recovery to the fact that I never stopped lifting weights throughout this. I didn't do anything that involved my lower back, obviously (no squats or leg presses), but I feel that continuing to strengthen my mid/upper back helped pull the discs back into alignment somehow. But some of it is probably just my body, which is very resilient in general.
I was very fortunate in being able to heal from the disc injuries, which is why I don't want to tempt fate by doing too much and possibly injuring them again - next time, perhaps I won't be so lucky to be able to recover from it.
Are you having back issues at the moment or something? Lumbar disc injuries (as opposed to muscular issues) will usually cause pain in the legs and/or feet, so that's one way to tell the difference.
