I haven't undergone hair transplant because of another reason,I find little bit odd to undergo such surgery as people know I am bald since more than 10 years.

It's sort of an act of desperation when you reach NW5-6 at an early age, getting a hair transplant when you're young and bald is not something you can understand unless you're young and bald.

You don't get to pick the pathway to paradise when you suffer from hair loss at an early age, it's this shitty situation (you remain bald) or this less shitty situation (you get FUE megasessions to cover your frontal third and mid-scalp).

I've chosen that pathway (2x2000 graft FUE on my NW5 while leaving the crown almost bald) and I don't regret it in the slightest, it allowed me to be more comfortable in my own skin, to be treated better by people in general and to multiply my options with women.

For the sake of argument, let's say it's true that I sport a weird *** hair loss pattern, that my hair transplant is a joke, I've still slept with around 15 women after my first hair transplant, I'm still in a long-term relationship with a young (I guess 25 year olds are way past their primes to some members here) cute woman, I'm still respected by my friends and colleagues, and I'm still the frontman of a folk band.

Maybe all those people congregate behind my back and constantly laugh at my hair, who knows? Maybe it's all the audience sees when I perform on stage?! Yeah, quite unlikely. The worst some (rare) people and women have told me is: "Unlucky you, you're starting to lose your hair, at the back of your head." Which considering where I come from (slick NW5 at the age of 22) is a f*****g compliment.

And about the "invisible to prime females" argument, you see, that's the kind of statement that can easily make us guess where you've been spending too much time. I was interviewing a 19 year old female singer the other day, quite cute, but the age gap (I'm 28) felt so unsettling, I felt like I was talking to a child who didn't know much about life (and singing). Sure, it'd be enjoyable to have sex with her a few times, but then what? Only sluthate/lookism incels would think that this should be the ultimate goal and pinnacle of a man's life.

Anyway, choosing to rape your donor when you're a young NW5-6 is a matter of personal choice and opinion. And it's always a case-by-case scenario, you educate yourself about hair transplants and most importantly about what people see and think outside the world of hair loss, and then you make your own choice. I can safely say I don't regret mine.

Well, if you were NW5 by 22, you were already dead hair wise, I guess you could only improve with a hair transplant. I would like some pictures too. Every pic i've seen the hairline sucks, or the pics are too cherry picked.

Where do you work at to interview 19 year old cute female singers? sounds like a cool job. And to the question of "it would be enjoyable to f*** her.. then what?" This is exactly how a spoiled Chad looks like. As a matter of fact, you must be a Chad that had jailbait girlfriends before going bald, being bald the only flaw you had to have a health sex life with young pretty females.

Try being 5'8'' with an uneven chest, and now balding as well. My life is doomed.

And my hairloss has been happening in slow motion, the treatments have not stopped it, which means I can't get a hair transplant because im not even NW3 yet but on the way, I can see the hairline diffusing. This is insane.

Keep in mind that I had another 2000 grafts at the beginning of January to double the density of the first hair transplant and none of the grafts have grown yet. You always need to do a second pass when you start from 'bald'.

You are lucky to be tall, im fucked if I keep lossing hair at 5'8''. You need a ton more hair up there boyo. Are you on finasteride? you need 2 fingers of hairline being lowered and more density. It sucks that hair clonning is some 2085 sh*t (to be affordable, only rich guys will be getting it in a couple of decades). I live in HELL this is insane. I need a NW0. God f*****g damnit. Jeez man... that's a hell of a recovery from NW5. I just have one thing to ask you, though. No need to answer if you think I'm prying or trying to be too nosy here, but do you sincerely believe that had you been 5'7 (170 cm) instead of 6'3 (193 cm I think?) that things would have played out the same, assuming you went through the same sequence of events that you've gone through? One of the reasons I've always admired your posts is my situation is very similar to yours, in that I am the same age as you and also first started losing my hair at 16 (didn't become noticeable to normies until 17 though). But one area we differ in greatly is height - I'm a puny 5'8 as opposed to your alpha male 6'3. I've always strongly felt that even if I fixed my hair, it would be in vain as I would still be a manlet at the end of the day. I'd like to hear your insight, if getting a transplant is even worth it in my case or if I should just LDAR.

Did you have the same girlfriend before your FUE or other relationship? How did the girl react if you told her you do a hairtransplant? She finds you more atractiv? Most men that dream about having a 19 year old girlfriend, never slept with over 5/10 or any women. Its a pain in the ***. When I was nerdy and alone, I dreamed to have one of those. That I never would get tired of her beauty etc etc. And than you get more and more women its more or less the same. Sure you will think you are in a dream the first couple of weeks you have sex with a very hot one but is so f*****g boring most of the time. Fun women that are actualy a gift to your life are mostly in the 5-7 brackets. I had the best conversations and dates with normal looking girls. Cute but you wont jerk off at home at her pics.

I definitely will be getting one either this Summer or next year.
I'll be working my *** off starting Summer to save more money for a quality transplant.
I like the results of Dr. Bi Sanga and Dr. Lorenzo, but they are very very expensive.
Right now I only have dem money for an average doctor, who has both good and bad results.
I'm waiting for a maintenance treatment since I cannot tolerate finasteride at all.

Unlike all of you I don't give a sh*t about Tsuji. A good transplant would be a faster and less expensive solution. However, that does not mean I will not consider buying Tsuji's treatment in the future.

It may be retarded, but it's very common to see. Short women tend to seek taller men more than average height or tall women since they are trying to compensate for their inferior height genes, and think that as long as their kid's father is tall, her child will also be tall (doesn't always work that way, like with me).

Height was my saving grace, even though it didn't prevent me from going to hell. Don't LDAR, no matter your situation, you should always do everything you can to keep/restore your hair as much as you possibly can.

And then what? Get a height transplant after?
