Why Aren't You Getting A hair transplant? Just Do It.

I’m so confused on the (seemingly) arbitrary cutoffs for when a transplant can work. Why is NW4 the line of demarcation? Doesn’t it depend upon donor, texture, if the hair is wavy or not, skill of the surgeon, luck, etc.?

I’m a diffuse thinner, currently at 2.5 - 3 hairline, but diffusing in a NW6 pattern. Retrograde as well. I’ve consulted with two respected surgeons who both acted like choosing transplantation was a no brainer. I know they want income but I didn’t get the impression that they were unethical.

YouTuber David Dimuzio was pretty f*****g bald and has been restored to a good result imo (3 surgeries.)

I understand the results aren’t guaranteed but don’t plenty of NW5s and 6s get pretty decent results.

Interesting video. Shows that women are clueless, and that the one guy with good hair could instantly tell.

Post of the day.

Did you have the same girlfriend before your FUE or other relationship? How did the girl react if you told her you do a hairtransplant? She finds you more atractiv? Most men that dream about having a 19 year old girlfriend, never slept with over 5/10 or any women. Its a pain in the ***. When I was nerdy and alone, I dreamed to have one of those. That I never would get tired of her beauty etc etc. And than you get more and more women its more or less the same. Sure you will think you are in a dream the first couple of weeks you have sex with a very hot one but is so f*****g boring most of the time. Fun women that are actualy a gift to your life are mostly in the 5-7 brackets. I had the best conversations and dates with normal looking girls. Cute but you wont jerk off at home at her pics.
"I got tired of f*****g hotties"

I don't think women really think this objectively looking for a partner lol. Also, women are obviously shorter than men and therefore 5'4 is around average for them anyway - not short. Also it isn' just height of parents that determine height of children. Source: my mum is 5'3, dad is 5'8 if he's lucky; I am 5'11 and my younger brother is actually taller at 6'

If you are under 5'5 then you have a problem - barring 8|10+ face
Maybe it's an age thing, because women my age most certainly do it. I've seen it with my own eyes. Average woman = 5'4? What? Where are you from? Judging from your spelling I'd say UK or Australia, correct? That can't be right... Yeah I'm fully aware height isn't 100% determined by genetics, but it by and large is. The short "cutoff" (if there's even any such thing) is definitely taller than 5'5, I would say it's more like 5'9.

By the way, hearing someone who's normal height lecture a short person that they're not that short is condescending as hell, and it's pretty much equivalent to a Norwood 1 telling a bad person "hair's not everything lmao!"

How so? OP is 5'8 so above short
5'8 is still short. Source: living with this height for the past 13 years.

I am from Scotland you're right. I think the closer you get to average, the more your face and hair need to make up for it. The two most successful guys with women that I know have slept with about 80 girls between them and both about 5'6. However they are good looking nw1s to make up for it

Tbh face is more important than anything - barring being very short or very tall. The taller you are(up to looking excessively lanky) the more you stand out without elite facial genetics. The closer you get to average and below the more you need face to stand out

Do you workout btw? I have for a few years and haven't got amazing results tbh, natural skinny fat ectomorph, but one thing it does help with is posture. So many people walk around with slumped shoulders and a drooping chin. A good posture makes you look more confident and can give a legitimate boost in perceived height. It won't make an earth shattering difference obv but every little helps

Also a good body shape and being slim helps with perceived height as I'm sure everyone knows

I used to work out in my early high school years, but I stopped after I starting going bald at 17. That destroyed my motivation to continue bettering myself physically. Also a midget working out = overcompensating in the eyes of normal height & tall people. You'll get laughed at no matter what, damned if you do and damned if you don't.

I agree the jacked midget looks ridiculous; your thigh circumference should not >=your leg length LOL. Adding a little muscle however looks better on anyone

5’8 is really not a midget dude; its like average in many countries. Where are you from?

5'8 IS short, I would know better than you because I am this height and have been since 16 years of age. I'm from the USA, the greatest country in the universe where this is a noticeably short height.

Try being 5'6"

I've been getting the "handsome" and "pretty" comments from men and women alike since my early 20's, but no woman above a 5 wants to date me

Think you are to hard on yourself. I know this midget pakey who's about 5'5 that's been with quite a bit of women.

Would go on about how he has weeks of dates lined up through tinder and such. granted he's facially a very good looking guy.

I think social media is the only reason that he's able to accomplish this though. Because personally, the guy in person would dissapear in front of any moderately decent looking chap with height, structure and presence. he's able to carefully articulate his photos to FACE max on tinder then achieve his results. But guys like this don't have the same results in real life. ALLTHOUGH height is important, it isn't a deal breaker if you have everything else in check, which he has.

I feel like every man can get away with one flaw. But if you stack two together, then it will be difficult

Hair transplant is a highly effective solution for hair loss, offering a permanent and natural-looking result. By relocating healthy hair follicles from a donor area to thinning or bald spots, the procedure restores density and shape to your hairline. Unlike temporary solutions like wigs or topical treatments, hair transplants provide long-lasting results as the transplanted hair continues to grow naturally. Advances in techniques, such as Follicular Unit Extraction (FUE), minimize scarring and recovery time, making the procedure more accessible and less invasive. For many, a hair transplant can significantly boost self-confidence and improve overall quality of life.

Look here a successful results:

Real talk here. You can fly to Turkey, get a high-quality FUE, and be red-carpet ready within a year (given that you've not crossed NW4) for 10 grand.

It'll buy you at least 5-10 years, hopefully in time for permanent solutions.
Why pussyfoot around, trying to maintain the shitty hairs that you have?

For the time being, it's literally the solution to all your pains. If you really want to, saving up that amount isn't that hard.
This didn’t age well…it’s been almost 7 years and we are nowhere near “permanent solutions” and we won’t be by the 10 year mark
