TBH I don't think I have ever been mistaken for a pedo... maybe because I have always kept my distance from younger girls, knowing I had no chance to impress anyone below 30 with this hair.

What happened between 40 and 43? A terrible terrible shed following a foolish 15% minoxidil experiment.

Man, NW2.5 at 19! Life would have been tough. I only started thinning at 23. But fate balances stuff out - you started Norwood 2.5 at 19 and a quarter of a century later still Norwood 2.5.

For me, balding was delayed till after college. But then I started losing hair at crown and not much at hairline. I am now at Norwood 5 at 30 (crown wise). I am on finasteride and minoxidil now but I started 6 years too late.

TBH I think at 45 I am satisfied with what I have and don't think about surgery anymore.
But I don't want to lose what I have and my regimen reflects that.
If hair regeneration was a thing I would do it, for sure, for kicks.

It definitely was tough my friend.
There is basically a hole in my life: from 18 to 25, I was a social recluse. No clubs, as few pubs as possible. Anxiety struck me. Depression struck me.
Everyone thought I was in my 30s.
Things changed when I started working and I knew more people like me and was less anxious.

But the youthful experiences I did not have in my 20s will never be lived and this creates an arrested development.
