:woot: WOW! You have a gorgeous head of hair bro, if I saw you in public I'd bejealous (I'm jealous of all NW1's lol). Way to go, you deserve it! This really gives me hope if I ever decide to hop on the big 3.

Looking at results like this really makes me want to try finasteride. Amazing results. :woot:

Hey Zeroheat, I've been using Minoxidil for the past week or two and I find it difficult to apply twice a day because of the drying time it takes. My hair is a bit longer than yours in page 1. Any tips?

Question,

Did you have any hairs on your hairline or temples at all or were they completely bald before starting your treatment. Hard to tell from the pics.

Just wanted to say that your success looks so awesome that I nearly can't wait 3 weeks to star big3. My starting situation is about same as yours was or maybe a bit better. I have always had strong hair so I really look forward to test this !

You said you had some problems with erection etc. but is it mostly normal now, I mean can you live a normal life with it ? And how old you were when you started the regimen ?

Thanks !
Definitely had erection issues.. poor erections, watery semen etc.. everything slowly came back to normal and it is all good now. I was 25 when I started my regimen.

I now apply minoxidil once a day (been doing this for about an year now).. and my hair is the same.. or you can always wake up a bit early and let it dry for 1-2 hours.

It has been a while but it was something like $120 for like 6 months or something like that.. it's generic version so cheaper.. got it from local pharmacy. Haven't been to Walmart yet (I'm in Korea now)

I'm sorry to bother you because I'm too lazy to read all 33 pages but did you apply minoxidil on your whole head or just the temples ? I just added minoxidil my regimen and I think I may have a bit thinning all over my head so should I just apply minoxidil all over ?

Did you use foam or liquid ? I just bought foam hopefully it's as good as liquid.

Thanks !

had to buy kirkland because it's so cheap. Did you get the itch with this brand? I know I did in the past but i'm sick of buying foam all the time. Any good way to battle the itch? I plan on using in the evening.

I have the itch too--if you are using it only once per day you get kind of used to it, but it never goes away completely. It's basically slight irritation from the small flakes left over from the ppg. Some people don't have this problem, some do. We're the unlucky ones.

I had this problem to. So all i did to solve this is to dissolve 2 pills of ketoconazole 200mg in a minoxidil bottle. And when i apply it to scalp i put 1.5ml of minoxidil in a glass and left it 10s in microwave and w8 some time for the alcohol to evaporate. Lately i do this eod or so cause it's a bother sometimes and I'm lazy.

Good luck with the itching :D

Zeroheat, don't you think you owe a LOT of your hair to minoxidil rather than finasteride? If you dropped minoxidil and continued finasteride you would probably return to your baseline, or slightly better.
